Dear Bhatiaji and others List members.

I would post my mail to group in future. As far as calculation of Varshkundli as per Lalkitab I have learnt the method and now can cast Varshkundli.

Now when I was reading the old message May 2003 on varshkundli again one query come into my mind.

1.The native in that example ( 26.4.1983, 8:20pm delhi) had sat in 6H (birth Chart) now what does it mean? Can native never buy any leather products through out life which is not practical because everybody buys some of the other leather products in his life time or sat in 6H and prohibition of leather products meant only in Varsh Kundli. Also can we say that native should not go into a business related to leather?

2.Does the result of planets in different house in birth chart is same in Varsh kundli also.say Sun in first house in birth chart would have same results as Sun in first house in Varshkundli or some different rule for interpreting Varshkundli

3.Can you oblige me by providing Table of Planet likely to give good or evil effects as per 1952 Edition.

I hope my doubts are rational and benefits others also in better understanding of Lal Kitab approach of analysisi

Regards

Vinod Ji,

Your questions, and my attempt at answering these. Please note that these are my personal interpretations based on my (correct or incorrect) understanding of LalKitab:

<1.The native in that example ( 26.4.1983, 8:20pm delhi) had sat in 6H (birth Chart) now what does it mean? Can native never buy any leather products through out life which is not practical because everybody buys some of the other leather products in his life time or sat in 6H and prohibition of leather products meant only in Varsh Kundli. Also can we say that native should not go into a business related to leather?>

As noted by you, it is impractical to banish someone from purchasing leather goods for the rest of one's life if one's Saturn is in the sixth house in the birthchart. For Varshphal, we can definintely advise against buying such things. Actually, if a person's Saturn comes into the sixth during the Varshphal, and if Saturn is going to be a malefic, that person will be made to buy leather articles even when s/he doesn't want to buy these; a need will arise - maybe the old shoes will be lost/stolen. Last month, a friend (Saturn in 6th in Varshphal), who is also a regular contributor to this list, was "forcibly gifted" many pairs of shoes by his family.

I don't know enough to comment on leather business for someone who has Sat in the 6th.

<2.Does the result of planets in different house in birth chart is same in Varsh kundli also.say Sun in first house in birth chart would have same results as Sun in first house in Varshkundli or some different rule for interpreting Varshkundl>

Planets in the birthchart indicate their effect for the entire lifespan. Varshphal planets are good/bad for the duration (year) of the Varshphal. One could have a very strong planet in the birth chart but when it assumes a malefic position in the Varshphal, then for that year, it may not provide good results.

<3.Can you oblige me by providing Table of Planet likely to give good or evil effects as per 1952 Edition.>

This has been discussed recently and is already available in the Files section as an Excel worksheet.

I invite comments from other members.

Respectfully,

Rajinder Bhatia
