Problem with JHORA Time slot

Dear Narasimha,

 

I remember to have brought this to your notice several years ago and since the

problem persists, I am bringing the same to your notice.

 

As soon as I open JHORA, the slot where birth time is to be entered,

I get correct hours, correct minutes and incorrect seconds.

 

The seconds box shows a decimal value like, 11.234593 etc.

 

Over a period of time, even stores and saved correct charts show corrupted time

value.

 

In some cases, the time and place of birth have been found to get altered.

 

I will keep a tab about the second problem and send you the screen shot/file

when I notice it again.

But the decimal value problem has persisted for over five years.
