Request for different Mandi Calculations

|| Om Gurave Namah ||Dear Narasimhaji, Dr. BV Raman has given a Mandi Calculations in his Prashna Marga, (REF: http://books.google.co.in/books?id=2hfixdbNB2cC & pg=PA160)

 In synopsis, The rising lagna at the following Ghatikas from Sunrise would be the Mandi position, (Assuming 30 Ghatika day and night)

I think the same duraion has also been Mukund Daivangya in Nashta Jatakam. If one notes the Day duration is NOT equally divided in 8 parts, Using this, Mandi would fall some between half point of Saturn portion to end of Saturn portion. And the exact point varies with day. The current option in JHora gives only Start, Middle or End portion. The variable option is not present.
