May I ask if you a made a back up of your data before installing JH7? If so, put them in the directory of charts. However, I use a different method for ALL my data (texts, charts, etc).In "My Documents", I create a directory for the data of the software I use. For instance, it can be "My Documents\JH7" . Then if the software has a directory for the data (here "Charts"), I put a shortcut toward My Documents' software data. Just downloading the JHora or installing it should not lead to disk crask (or collapse).The other problem of Folders getting re-created for new installation, hence losing the old content, is possible. But, I have never faced it as I keep a folder for Charts seperately.
