Guest guest
Om Namah ShivayaDear List,I was wondering if Ketu is not considered of moment in calculating this dasa at all, and if so, why? Or, is there an issue with JHora? I have ver 7.2. Thanks for explaining. Best regards,Patheya

Guest guest
Namaste Patheya, Ketu doesn't have a period in Dwisaptati sama dasha. In fact it is overseer/governer of the dasa. Tithi Ashtottari Dasa is another example of a dasa where Ketu doesn't have a period. If you want more details, you can refer to this article by Pt. Sanjay Rath: http://srath.com/lessons/advanced/72dasa.htm. Not all nakshatra dasas have periods of all grahas. For example, dwadosattari dasa doesn't have a Venus period, Chaturaseethi sama dasa has periods of neither Rahu nor Ketu. This is not a bug in the software.
