J HORA CHARAKARA CALCULATION: PLEASE HELP

For the following please clarify the calculation of chara karaka. The birth details are:

DOB:17 April 1981

TOB: 14:11min 55 sec

POB: Belgaum, Karnataka, India

In above the planet with highest advancement in rasi is Mercury, thus Mercury is the Atmakaraka. Now, calculation of Amatyakaraka: Jupiter being Retrograde at 9 Vi 12' 10.53" has the second highest advancement from end of rasi i.e., 20 degree. Thus Jupiter should be the Amatyakaraka. But J hora shows Rahu as Amatyakara which has a advancement of 17 degree. Please clarify.

For retrograde planets, you do not see from the end of the sign. That exception

applies only to Rahu. Parasara is quite clear.
