Astakavarga method for calculating longevity

Hare Rama Krishna,

 

I was attempting to calculate longevity from astakavarga, as described in chapter 71 of Brhad Parasara Hora Sastra. Few charts I have where I know the date of death don't seem to be accurate using the astakavarga calculation. I'm using Jhora 7 but there are several options and none come close. Am I missing something here?

 

Can someone enlighten me?
