Help Needed with JHora 7.1 Ascendents

Dear PVR Narasimhaji

Namaskar.

I have downloaded the JHORA 7.1 and have cast a chart details of which are given below:-

 

Birth data for Male:28 Jan 1964 (10:50AM)Melbourne (Vic), Australia

I fine that the Degrees of the Ascendent differ vastly from that obtained by Parashara's Light as well as Digital Jyotish.

Maybe there is a problem with the chart casting for lower latitudes for places like Australia etc.

 

Please confirm so that we can cast accurate charts.
