As regards to the Moderator being silent over here, I would only aasume that he is is very much occupied and may not be able to moderate each and every single mail coming over here. If he would have done that, then perhaps our Mails would be taking much longer to appear here. So its advantageous on the other side for us. We have also observed the Moderators entry whenever the arguments on the threads have taken a heated and rodentary turn,and at such times he has certainly presented himself with the right messages for the concerned members to silence them allowing them to mantain their self- respect. Therefore I request all not to speculate on the Ownerships and Moderations etc.,which I believe are being taken care of as myself have been subject to the Moderatos entry at least two times when I had gone astray from the normal tread paths of Net behaviours. Now fully qualified in a BA and looking to apply for a raise!
