Hare Rama Krsna,

Dear Narasimha.

Namaste.

I have encountered a problem with Jhora, full version, on Windows Vista. When I copied my program from my old computer to my new one which runs on Windows Vista Home, it doesn't save preferences. It says it cannot find the file for saving preferences. Now there are a few changes with Windows Vista, like there is no feature for Help files anymore, so I don't know if that's the problem? I tried installing the program again, and it still says the same thing.

Will you find a solution?

Yours,

Dhira Krsna

Install and run for the first time with the " Run as administrator "

option in the right-click menu. This will create the required jh*

files for storing jhora preferences/settings. You should be able to

use it normally after that.

Vista has a new security model for users and applications. Escalated

privileges are required for admin tasks.

Dear Justin,

Thank you very much for your help. It worked properly now.

I have a similar problem with my old Parashara Light 6.1. It doesn't open the qt-... file and then the program cannot start. Do you know about PL also?

Thanks.

Yours,

Dhira Krsna
