Most effective point

Hi guys,

I'm new so please have a heart

 

Will anyone tell me how do I calculate most effective points of houses

in a chart?

 

Let's say that an ascendant is at 22 degrees.

Is then most effective point of 1st house 22 and all the rest are

calculated by adding some value (how much)?

Or are the points of all the houses 22 degrees?
