dear sir,

I am learnig astrology. can u please explain what are

A2, A3, A$ upto A11. what does it signify in the

chart. I find this in your software while casting the

horoscope. Ur software is quite comphrensive and

elaborate and quite useful.

thanks for the curiosity and the attraction you have in the subject

in jaimuni system of handling the horoscope they give more preference

fot the perticular lord from that house

they measure the distance from that and they name it

example lagnadhipathi is lord of first house

he is posited in second house. he is one house away from that house.

they count one house from the lagnadhipathi. that is third house so

the third house will become the focus. this house is called the aruda

of the first house.

here we have to see the three combination

first the sign as lagna

lagnadhipathi in the sign as nature

modification of trait from aruda and coming to conclusion is aruda

system of handling the horoscope

the same way all the 12 house will be as A1, A2 etc

dear sir,

I went thro Jaimini sutras translated by B>V.raman.

there it is mentioned that to locate Arudha or pada

lagna. find where the lord of the lagna is, eg:suppose

the lagna lord of Kumbha is Sat in 6th from the lagna

ie Kataka, then the 6th house from kataka becomes

arudha lagna. But I find this rule doesnt apply if

the lagna is Mithuna and where the lord is in the

lagna itself the arudha lagna falls in Pisces.

similiarly if the lagna is vrichika and its lord is in

Simha the arudha lagna falls in Kumbha. I am using

only Jhora chart. I would be very thankful to u if u

can explain why this anamoly or the methodology of

locating arudha lagna is it different?
