I have been using the Prasna-108 feature in the Jhora for some time when I noticed that the number given by the native determines the actual navamsa where the Prasna lagna is put. However from Prasna Marga I get the idea that the number or otherwise determined Prasna Arudha will only indicate the rasi into which we put the prasn aarudha. For example if one says 46, then the prasna arudha would fall into Virgo, but not necessarily into the first navamsa of Virgo. But the prasna arudha sphuta is determined by the degree of the actual lagna of the prasna chart, as per sloka 32 of the 5th ch of Prasna Marg. So if te query is put when the lagna is say at 28 deg of any sign, the prasna arudha sphuta arrived to with the help of number 46 should be 28 deg in Virgo. In this way the amsas ocuppied by the prasna arudha can be calculated for all divisional charts without difficulty. However in your case the number 46 would indicate the whole first navamsa in Virgo, from which I can't figure out how you derive the D-60 position of the prasna arudha for example. If you agree to program in the change into the prasna mode, why not think about also adding the five sutras?
