Please give your comments and also any addition, deletion that need to be done. Others are welcome to work on this. This is infact a huge work. The recent most format for writing help files is .chm, anybody knows about the format is welcome help me in completing this huge task, so that we can complete it fast I will submit the Framework for the User Manual in a day or two...
