The Interface & Functionality are ..... very nice to say the least, even for the release you have provided which if I am not mistaken is just the TIP OF THE ICEBERG!!!! Thanks a Million. I have the following suggestions to make: 1. Inclusion of ACS Software is definitely a better Idea. I can contribute to this cause. I can also contribute to the Software, if needed. 2. Creation of a new jhora-support list...where volunteers can triage the tech. questions pertaining to the Product. 3. I shall dedicate 24Hrs to this cause...till I get a Job. Even after that, I promise to pledge my Nights & Weekends to this cause. I can rip-off CD's as I have a CD Writer. As a side note, Is it possible for some of us who do not need help documents to have the software earlier than the actual release date. We need more than one person in many of the activities. Please write down whatever you want to do, even if you find somebody else is doing that. 1. Creation of Customer Databank: Name, Location, Country iii. Creation of Databank for FAQs: Creation of search facilities on the customer problems. In case the customer faces any problem, he can login to the database, search for the solution to his problem and if he doesn't get an answer, he can put the query to the customer support persons. iv. Creation of customer Feedback databank (for future improvement- Though I think that this is hardly required) 3. CD ROM creation: Narayan 4. Additional programming (i) Updates (ii) Upgrades (iii) Bugs fixes and reports (iv) Version Changes (v) Security !!! I have not seen the commercial version of the software. I have a suggestion to make, if it is not there in the current version. Can the software be customised such that, whenever the person who has purchased the software prints a chart, the name of the person and the name of the jyotish kendra, he belongs to is printed along with his address. 5. WE COULD HAVE A GROPU FOR TECH SUPPORT AND FAQ. aLOS IT WOULD BE USEFUL TO CREATE A WEBSITE WWW.JHORA.COM IF IT IS STILL FREE WHERE WE CAN INTRODUCE THE SOFTWARE, PERHAPS MAKE IT DOWNLOADABLE, AND UPLOAD A faq file which will be created along the way on the basis of the questions put by the customers.
