Should we study a chart in Rahu Kalam ?

Dear learned and Respected Astrologers,

 

A) Please let me haveyour views about making a chart in Rahu Kalam and

studying the same . Is it okay to make a chart and study in Rahu Kalam ?

 

1) For a Professional astrologer who is into execution of Orders .

 

2) For a student.

 

B) Is it okay to open a Panchanga and study when a particular Titihi

falls or Planetray positions, respectively after sunset -

 

1) For a Professional astrologer.

 

2) For a housewife ?

 

Since there are no hard and fast rules for these mentioned in books, I

ask your opinions for the above.
