Dear Kiran ji,

Now you are right and we are thinking on common lines.

Now about reciprocation, it may be that people do not reciprocate due to

social, personal, or status problems. Does not mean that they do not

love You.

I loved a girl during my college days, 30 years back, but never expected

her reciprocation, and still love her, wherever she may be, I do not

know, how many number of grandchildren she may be having I do not know,

she always will give me pleasant memories.

regards,

Bhaskar.

Dear Bhaskar ji,I am sorry. I was addressing Kiran ji, not questioning what you'd said. She was talking about some quote on wants and needs. If there has to be choice, let everyone have enough for needs.Anyhow, let me add now... as an extension,One should in any case restrict both NEEDS and WANTS to minimum. In that case, instead of asking for LOVE, one will learn to GIVE only. Please don't give me a lecture on my psuedo-idealism: )RegardsNeelam

in my view greed is when you want something even when your needs have been met with... & why ARE we STUCK on needs & wants?whether you need or want & whether I need or want is our own matter of choice...I think want is superficial & need is deep...you may be thinking differently...--- On Sun, 5/3/09, neelam gupta <neelamgupta07 wrote:

Dear Members,

Many gives this analogy that " Greed " is represented by fire--you put more

ghee/fuel in it(by fulfilling the needs) the range & fierceness of fire

increases...more you put fuel...it increases more!!!

However, the " Greed " which was there 10 years before, may be a need now---its

like " Change--the only constant " .

Thank you,

Gaurav.

yes neelamji you are right..absolutely so...If someone we love doesn't

reciprocrate. ..we don't stop loving him/her....If we REALLY love.i.e.!!! .It is

a matter of depth in your feelings,we have to learn only to give   & if we get

back in return...SONE PE SUHAAGA...

Dear Shreenadh Ji and Sri Bhaskar Ji,

Glad to read your replies...hope i hav'been able convey (at least the gist) the

Sage's meaning with my poor translation

Sreenadh Ji,

//Please share with us mor of his teachings - I would love to hear more of his

sayings. Is there any english books on the teaching of SARVADNYA available? Or

can you try trasilating some of his teachings and upload it in the files section

of the group for the benefit of all?//

Certainly i will try my best to share more on some of these great souls

teachings in future God willing.

Best wishes to all

Chandu2Chill

P S: I am preparing for my Annual vacation now and scheduled to visit

Shirdi Sai Baba Temple and Shani Singanpura for Darshan and

blessings. in the coming week:-) so will have limited access to

Internet and Group:-(

Dear Sreenadh ji and Lovely Chandu 2 Chill ji,

I too say the same thing but out of experience and in English and Hindi.

Who is a Emperor in this world ?

Undoubetdly the one who whether he earns Rs. 50 or Rs.5000- per day, does not

matter, but whenever he comes home, is greeted by a sweet smile and a sweet

talking women at the door. Sweetness if not there, koi gam nahin, par sarcasm,

ironic or taints hon, toh phir 2 gaj jameen ke liye bhi aadmi taras jayega. At

least the negatives must not be there , if not the sweetness, that also is

enough to make a man feel like a King if not an Emperor.

A women who can make a man realise that he is her " man " ,  is enough to suffice

his existence.

na maangu heera moti

na maangu bangla gaadi

yeh mere kis kaam ke

deti hai dil ke badle mein dil ke

........ " Pyaar mein sauda nahin " .

A feeling of being " wanted " is all what a human being requires in this big big

world.

Love and hugs,

Bhaskar.

Dear Chandu ji,

Thanks for sharing the thoughts of ancient karnatic sages. The quote

you provided was beautiful!

// It is in Kannada (old Kannada language)

*Becchana Mane iddu, vecchakke Honniddu

Manasicchina Madadi iralu, Swargakke Kichhu Hacchu anda Sarvadnya*

If you have a Warm/warmth of Home (No matter HUT or MANSION),a Money to meet the

expenses, AND a desired/like minded Wife with you, THEN *You Lit Fire to the

Heaven*//

Yes, he was so right, and so was Osho because they speak exactly the

same, about the same truth! I agree with that ancient karnartic sage

and started loving him, this moment onwards. :) But you missed it (at

least in Osho's case), but no harm since you got a good good respect for him. A

good seed will act sooner or later. :)

Please share with us mor of his teachings - I would love to hear more

of his sayings. Is there any english books on the teaching of SARVADNYA

available? Or can you try trasilating some of his teachings and upload it in the

files section of the group for the benefit of all?

Love and regards,

Sreenadh
