Guest guest
Dear all, Neelamji and Sreeramji //With Jealousy data flowing in... I feel jealous now of Ms.Bhagathi's luck factor.... your envy, her pride... Bhagavati ji will be pleasantly surprised to see nice beads in her thread when she gets up.// Indeed I am overwhelmed. I thank all members very much. Bhaskarji //It would be very difficult to search for the pointers for jealousy in . Horoscopes because this is a changing part of the character, and relatively defined, and also controlloable with spirituality, age , maturity. and introspections.// One of the best I read this morning. How true Well, I should tell why I am interested in this " jealousy " . I am an introverted person. I observe a lot. I came accross three men in my life so far. The first one is in India. I was associated with him for 5 years. The second one is an american, I was associated with him for about 2 years. The third one is an Indian in the US, my assoication with him was only few months. All three of them share one thing in common- JEALOUS TO THE CORE. But they also love to be flattered and nobody understands what they talk. They are incoherent in speech, say something and then deny what they said. All three of them are PhDs, well settled in career, but when they talk, their face is full of jealousy. I observed them very closely. They have never changed in their life, the age of these men are 60,50 and 35. Yes, all human beings have a right to be little jealous as we need to succeed in life, not be an ascetic (as Renuji put). But these three seem to be a classic case of psychological disorder. We cannot correct them. I have the maximum interaction with them. They gave me a topic to research on, but now I can identify the person who is jealous by his body language, facial cues. I will work on the data I received and produce a write-up on " jealousy " , as soon as I can. Highlights of some jealousy exhibited by these men The 60 year old man is married and has two grown up kids, his daughter is also married. He cannot digest any girl getting married. He feels jealous of her husband even now, at this age His neighbor got a new car few years back. He said " I feel like breaking the windshield when that man sleeps " . This man already has a very expensive car If somebody leaves for abroad, he says, " that flight must crash " . He has made several foreign trips The 50 year old american feels jealous of everything, worst of all, he does not like happy couples. His marriage is unbroken, still good at 20 years The 35 year old guy wants to do all that others do Worst of all, these people feel jealous of my " dead father " because he had a peaceful end. Working on this, has made me more mature to the world. It is not possible to change others, but we can stay away from their evil eyes Regards, bhagavathi

Guest guest
Madam Bhagavathi and all learned and respected members, I have gone through all the mails and feel that we are not hitting the bull;s eye. Therefore I am writing the mail. Jealous or jealousy is a psychological term. According to Wikipedia, “Jealousy typically refers to the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that occur when a person believes a valued relationship is being threatened by a rival. This rival may or may not know that he or she…†It is Western views express only one side of the jealousy and only sexual possessiveness. The Jealousy includes fear, possessiveness and rivalry. According to others it includes intolerance of rivalry or unfaithfulness or disposed to suspect rivalry or unfaithfulness or vigilant to guarding his possession. I shall like to include the trait of fear of loss of possession or a feeling of inferiority complex to see the possessions of others. They are egoistic also. So jealousy is a type of fear or inferiority complex or a feeling which leads to rivalry and competition. In positive sense, it is ambition or ambitious or desire also. These are traits on human behaviour. These can not be destroyed, only controlled by will power and knowledge-Gyana. All human being has these traits in small or big quantity at some time or other. Some people are possessed by this trait. It depends on the configuration of planets in the horoscope, not only one or two planets. Here Nabhas yoga comes into play. All these traits are the significations of upachya houses, particularly 3rd and 6th house, lagna and Moon. We can not ignore lagna and trine of lagna. The affliction of lagna and Moon and its lord play a major role for the feeling of possessiveness or jealousy or rivalry or fear of losing his loved one or doubt of unfaithfulness. If we go through the effects of Shasha yoga, we will find that such person will be the chief of thieves, crooked in disposition and would keep eye on others wife and property i.e. jealous of others. Similarly malefic planets posited in kendra in strength makes one jealous of others. See the chart of Ravana which has Libra lagna occupied by Saturn and Moon, Mars in 4th exalted, Venus and Mercury in 6th, Venus exalted and Mercury is neech bhang raja yoga, Sun in 7th exalted, aspected by Saturn and Moon from lagna, Jupiter in 10th exalted, but aspected by Saturn and Mars. He was egoistic, jealous of others possessions. These are my own views. The members are free to correct me and differ. Guest guest
Dear Sreeranji, I have Moon in Moola, owned by ketu which is sattvic graha, so nio question of jealousy, but yes negative feelings do occur at times, because I try to get deep in any matter, thinking of the worst possible consequences also in face of adversity, so that the currenta dversity seems small in comparison to what I think of the worst. So this may at times cause depressiona nd at times turn positive too. But about angry nature. I dont know how the connection is there. Jealousy may among other factors, also come through affliction of the Sun, who is the karaka of self. When the Sun or The Lagna Lord is afflicted, then the native feels unwanted, crumpled, used up, inferior, a good for nothing, and people of course also behave with such natives like they would for a manual labour. When exposed to such behaviours and feeling of dearth, the native becomes frustrated causing for jealousy to occur and thrive in his pyschological system. There can of course be many other factors too, like affliction of the Moon, mercury etc, but I would rather not go into such details, as for predictive astrology this does not help me. regards/Bhaskar. , " sreeram srinivas " <sreeram64 wrote: > > > Namaste Ms Bhagavathi ji, > > Good observations of these Jealosy characters..... think connection to > Moon in Moola constellation/nakshatra can be one combination for these > people get angry easily...and start thinking negative... > > With regards, > > Sreeram_Srinivas >

First of all, there are different variations of Ravana's story. Not everyone considers him as a jealous person. That is why I am looking for living examples. Somebody who is like the step-mom of snow white in real life. Thank you for your inputs Regards, bhagavathi

Guest guest
Respected Bhagavathi, Thanks for the query. I have give the chart of Lankapati Ravana to show that even exalted malefic planets in Kendra, Dharma, Artha, Kama, and Moksha, and afflicted by other malefics and not aspected by benefic planets or malefics in Upachaya houses can make the native jealous or possessive or ambitious. All these are different shade of feelings of mind which gives input to work hard to gain material with means available at hand, good or bad,in the journey of life. I am sure he will not have peace of mind. Here is birth data of such a person DOB 21 April 1941, 23:05 hrs Karachi Pakistan. He rose from a paper to good status only with his hard work. He lost his father when he was sucking milk, he has to left his native place in partition, started earning in the childhood, he is jealous of his friends as his children are not settled till date. He is very ambitious and works hard to compete his friends. he is always treasurer or vice president in his life, never president of his society. He worked in the capacity of clerk, not as an officer in his service career. He decided to leave service and start his on business with the help of his elder son and failed and so on. --- On Fri, 3/20/09, bhagavathi_hariharan <bhagavathi_hariharan wrote: > bhagavathi_hariharan <bhagavathi_hariharan > Re: jealousy data > > Friday, March 20, 2009, 8:22 PM > Dear Kursijaji, > > > //See the chart of Ravana which has Libra lagna occupied by > Saturn and Moon, Mars in 4th exalted, Venus and Mercury in > 6th, Venus exalted and Mercury is neech bhang raja yoga, Sun > in 7th exalted, aspected by Saturn and Moon from lagna, > Jupiter in 10th exalted, but aspected by Saturn and Mars.
