Guest guest
Dear Jay Weiss, I appreciate your effort of making excel vba for Bhrighu Chakkra Paddhadi (BCP). The chakkra (which itself a variant of sudarsana chakkra, 1 year = 1 sign progression) is indeed a useful predictive tool. Your BCPV09 excel file works well on my pc and does not pose any programming bug as my window drives already contains swiss ephemeris dll. But I found that excel sheet you've produced has a formula error in computing " Running Cur Year " , cell number " I3 " , worksheet " DATA " . It automatically adds 2 year in current year. I've checked this flaw in many charts. Secondly, the " CHART " and " EPHEMERIS " worksheet in your BCPV09 appears replica of Anilkumar Kedia's Excel VBA Sheet " EVENT-DASA-TRANSIT (EDT) " . Sincerely, M. Imran sohamsa , " J. Weiss " <weissjay wrote: > > Dear friends, > > Lately I have been working to improve the Excel spreadsheet that > originally was accompanying the system described as " Bhrighu Chakra > Padathi " in the Internet magazine Saptarishis Astrology issue 3, which > can be downloaded from http://www.saptarishisastrology.com/ > > As a result you can download the latest version which has some useful > features (aside from BCP) like opening a JH data file, built in data & > chart calculator (no manual input is needed in such case), > manipulating dates and times, `Brighu Bindu' with transits, birth time > rectification, transit lists, ephemeris and event ephemeris. > Most functions are connected so they can also be used as help in > research (more of this and many sophisticated functions not found > elsewhere are implemented in the full version, which will be ready > later in the year.) > > The current version 0.9 of the Excel sheet and associated dll file can > be downloaded from my site at this link: > http://hem.bredband.net/xstar/temp/BCPV09.zip > > Please direct any comments or bug reports to me at weissjay > (and NOT to the list). > > I hope it will be of help and that you'll enjoy it. > > Wishing you all a Happy New Year 2009 > Best regards > Jay Weiss >
Guest guest
Dear friends, Lately I have been working to improve the Excel spreadsheet that originally was accompanying the system described as " Bhrighu Chakra Padathi " in the Internet magazine Saptarishis Astrology issue 3, which can be downloaded from http://www.saptarishisastrology.com/ As a result you can download the latest version which has some useful features (aside from BCP) like opening a JH data file, built in data & chart calculator (no manual input is needed in such case), manipulating dates and times, `Brighu Bindu' with transits, birth time rectification, transit lists, ephemeris and event ephemeris. Most functions are connected so they can also be used as help in research (more of this and many sophisticated functions not found elsewhere are implemented in the full version, which will be ready later in the year.) The current version 0.9 of the Excel sheet and associated dll file can be downloaded from my site at this link: http://hem.bredband.net/xstar/temp/BCPV09.zip Please direct any comments or bug reports to me at weissjay (and NOT to the list). I hope it will be of help and that you'll enjoy it. Wishing you all a Happy New Year 2009 Best regards Jay Weiss

Guest guest
Dear sunil nair and others, I have now permission from the author of the Brighu Bindu article (which is a part of a larger document) to publish the relevant pages, which I now compiled into a pdf document. The source for the Brighu Bindu is the late Sri C.S. Patels book Navamsa & Nadi Astrology (chapter on Predictive Nadi tech's - page 106 and on), which due to copywrite laws I am prevented from copying. The author, who was a student of Sri Patel wishes to remain anonymous. Please download the document from http://hem.bredband.net/xstar/temp/BrighuBindu.pdf Personally, I am in the process of testing BB and other similar theories on qualifies charts with exact known events, using my own research tool which is still under development. Guest guest
Dear J Weiss, We are aware of the source of the Bhrighu Chakra, even before you said so, being a student of CS Patel Sir's teachings. There is no one who can claim to be a legitimate heir to his teachings , to allow you the copy rights of his works, which are actually accessible to all earnest students, through his books , and notes too, which are privately circulated to students like me who have had the fortune to access of the same. So you need not worry about the copyright laws. Your Explanations would certainly be helpful to all of us, and you may please freely submit these so as to allow us to delve deep in his reservior of actual astrological knowledge which he possessed, which his contemporaries have been very much rare to supplement or corroborate. Thanks for allowing us the privilege of the link and sharing what you posess. regards, Bhaskar. , J - Weiss <b4u286 wrote:>> Dear sunil nair and others,> > I have now permission from the author of the Brighu Bindu article> (which is a part of a larger document) to publish the relevant pages,> which I now compiled into a pdf document.> > The source for the Brighu Bindu is the late Sri C.S. Guest guest
Dear Baskar, Indeed it is a pleasure to share knowledge as well as provide free tools to test such knowledge. Copywrite is NOT mine, nor anyone elses BUT exlusively the author's and the publisher when the issue is a printed book or a copywrited document AND especially as in this case when the author is no longer among us. Therefore, you can find the articles in www.saptarishisastrology.com and the Brighu Bindu document can be downloaded from my site as indicated earlier.
