Guest guest
Dear Venkatesh ji, Rahu and Saturn are both planets, which if bless than one will make one, touch peaks of materialism. Here Rahu will do it because of its own quality. But Saturn will do it because of the qualities of the chart owner. ( Saturn gives good results only due to punyas and not because of any other reason ) We are now talking about the positive influences in above. But even if both these planets remove the affluence in a man, it will be for the same reasons as mentioned above. What about Jupiter ? Jupiter will again give opulence to a person due to its intrinsic nature if well placed. But remember that Jupiter is always followed by Saturn, and any going overboard or misuse of gifts recievd by This Divine planet, then Saturn will take over when its time comes, and wield its punishment giving powers. I had recently gone to Shrinathji as mentioned in one of my previous messages, but since there were not many takers, i did not write the next parts. On top of the temple where the Dhwajas are placed , there bears a iron spear head on the bamboo dhwajas . Why ? because Saturn has been given its seat here , and respected by The Lord, and the meaning is that Lord Krishna may kadapi ( Perhaps )forgive a sinner, but the planet Saturn atop the temple will keep a watch and order the Sudarshan Chakra ( placed below the flags among the 4 faces of Simha (Lions) which represent the 4 vedas, which are lead by 18 steps which represent the 18 adhyayas of the Bhagavad Gita )to do its job and punish the evil. You are right - Jupiter in Gochara through its debilitation sign, will give considerable practical ability but materialstic outlook. It will give ambition, persistence, a calculating temperament . Guest guest
Thank you Bhaskarji for your nicely worded email. Now i will wait to hear from Neelamji as well. I have gained much clarity in the last few days form both of your responses on the topic. More than the 'predictive' aspect which i am not very very seriously - it is the refinement of an attitude which yields to a submission in reverence for the Divine through this study of astro-sciences. JAI SHRI KRISHNA. I would surely read with interest further articles on ShriNathji of Nathdwara. Someday , i'd like to have Darshan there as well. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskarji, Thank you for this information. After all Saturn is none but Lord Krishna Himself as all the grahas are too. Because of this we call Him " Graharupi Janardana " . I would be nice if you can show us the relevant portions if you have a photogragh of the same. Regards, Sunil K. Guest guest
Dear Venkatesh ji and group,Bhaskar ji has given some insights. We also had good discussions on debilitated guru and guru chandal yoga in the recent past. You may access those messages for reference. That will give you some idea about how to look at this conjunction. Depending upon the role of Saturn and Jupiter in the chart, this transit may affect the natives. e.g in a sagitarius chart, the native might earn good money, but if he is a service man, he might be tempted to take bribes or if a businessman he would earn in underhand dealings. Now regarding the idealism, Vishwamitra is a saint only till there is no Menaka to charm him. The combination will test the very idealism of the native, and if he gives in, Saturn is not far to take him to task. One can combine the significations of Jupiter and Rahu get a picture within the canvas of Makar rashi and the house where they are transiting. Right now Rahu is stronger and can impact the wisdom of Guru. E.g if rahu is a benefic in the chart, it may utilise the wisdom for material gains or if malefic, it can lead the native to loss of wealth by wrong investments or speculations. The transit is in Makar and Saturn is in 8H from there. For all nativities, the lord in transit is not protective. So the debilitated Jupiter with Rahu can make a worse impact. Jupiter's atichari motion may further enhance the inauspiciousness. Overall, I feel, every native will experience something significant in this transit. With 5 planets in Capricorn, the rashi will be a boiling pot of action and the natal promise and dasha will dictate how far the impact goes. Hope this helpsRegardsNeelam
