dear Neelam, Bhaskar, members,

 

well info provided by Neelam ji is correct he was a Prof of Sanskrit in St Jospeh college Blr too, later Mangalore

 

he and Sri V Subramanya Shastry another prof had translated most of the works together

 

like Jataka parijatha 3 vols

Jataka tatva, uttara kalmrutha, phaladeepeka, Brihat Jataka, Brihat Samhita 2 vols, sanketha Nidhi, Jataka Marthanda, Hora sara of the few I recall easily i have one copy of the last set of Jataka tatva he had given my Guru before retiring both were very close and lived in the same area in Blr
