Disease of the Eye : part 1

Dear members,

In astrology classics the diseases of the eye have

been put into three categories:

 

Janma jaat [ since birth ]

Aagantuk [ accidental ]

Samanya [ with age ]

 

[ A ] janma jaat [ by birth ] : the disease of being

Janmandha : blind by birth falls in this category.

This could happen because of the following

planetary combinations :

 

If any of the following yog occurs in the Aadhan

kundali then the child born could be blind .

 

[ 1 ] Sun and moon in the sinha lagna under the

aspect of mars and saturn [ Brihajjatak; a 4 / shlok 41 ]

 

[ 2 ] Sun and the moon in the 12th house [ Saravali ; a 8 / shlok 20 ]

 

[ 3 ] 2nd lord mars placed either in the 6th or the

12th house and if 8th from sun and the moon

[ Jatak Parijat ; a 6 / shlok 52-54 and 57 ]

 

If any of the following yog occurs in the Janma

kundali then there is a possibility that the child

born could be blind at birth :

 

[ 1 ] if the lagnesh and the 2nd lord are accompanied

by the sun and the venus and placed in either the 6th,

8th or the 12th [ Sarvarth chintamani ; a 3 / shlok 3 ]

 

[ 2 ]Eclipsed sun in the lagna with mars and the

Saturn in the trikon [ Jatak tatwa; vivek 1 / sutra 242-44 ]

 

[ 3 ] Lagnesh with the sun and the venus placed in the

trik houses [ jatak parijat ; a 6 / shlok 58 ]

 

I will write about the accidental eye diseases tomorrow

[ Sunday ] when I will have time to write that part down.It is going to be a lengthy one. There are about 59 planetary combinations given in astrology classics collected by me from various sources for eye diseases under this catagory of aagantuk or accidental eye diseases.
