Dear All, I heard about some Puranas that are not so popular. I would like to know whether they are available in print or not. 1) Nila Purana This a purana of Naga tribe and the text was popular in Kashmir. In Kalhana's Raja Tarangini it is said that the land of Kashmir was protected by Nila, the lord of the Nagas who had his adobe in the main source of Vitasta river. Please note that Kashmir dynasty claimed Naga Karkotaka as its progenitor. Even though the past existance of this text is confirmed, I am yet to see any quote from this text anywhere. 2) Moola Stambha Purana and Standila Purana Possibly one or the other these texts has to do something with the Viswa Karma cast; and these texts might have been popular in Karnataka state. Many quotes from these texts are quoted especially by the Viswa Karma people. Any info on these texts are welcome.Love and regards,Sreenadh
