(Jaycharya means the behaviour of kings and the book shows the use of astrology by the kings for various purposes like war etc.). This is the text which says that a king should never reveal his true horoscope as his enemies can misuse the info. This text is written in peotic phrases and is mostly a shakun shastra based on swara science. Here to learn from the knowledgeable members like you. It just happened that I was aware of what you referred to and could add a bit to it with your kind permission. I really have no collection to boast of. Have a very limited knowledge and experience. I would most certainly share if I have anything extra, apart from what is available with all of you here. Even if needed by someone for commercial considerations, I have no inhibitions in parting with anything of value that I may have. God is kind enough to bless us with this divine knowledge; the least we could do is to share it with our fellow beings and use it for good humanitarian purposes.
