Some doubts have been expressed over interpretation of Verse 15 of Chapter 7 of Jataka Paarijaat which is as follows : "Lagne Neechagrihe Purandara Gurau,Randhreshe Sapaapagrahe,Tadraamshyath -Samanvitte Yadi TadaRajadhirajo Bhavet" There is little scope of ambiguity in this verse which simply means (Lagne) In the Lagna (Neechagrihe) in his rasi of debilitation IF Jupiter (if Jupiter is in Lagna in Capricorn), The eight house (randhre) has Papa Graha (Papa Grahe, meaning lords of Trishadaya, the eight house, natural benefics of Kendras associted with lords od Trishadaya) located in Leo Navamsa (Tat Rasya- Aamso samanavitte), Then there is Raja yoga. The above yoga is simply a mutual cancellations of the effects of two malefics of the Capricorn Lagna. Firsly Jupiter (Papa Graha for Capricorn) and another Papa Graha in the eighth will cancell each others effects being 6/8th. How is it any where near Barack Obama Chart.?? Even if taken to be present, Winning or losing is not dependant on Rajyoga unless the current period is under Rajyoga generating planets's sway.
