Dear All,

I have received the following Lal-Kitab basic info from an Astrology

Panel from one of the Website whereincity.com almost a year back.

Since there is some discussion going on on this less travelled

Subject called Lal-Kitab, i thought of sharing with the forum. All

credits to the original Author..

Here it goes..

Horoscope having blind planets

As per Lal Kitab, the planets that are blind during nights are also

called NAHORATRA planets. These planets can see during daytime only

but become blind during nights. These planets are called half blind.

Thus, if Sun is situated in the 4th house and Saturn is situated in

the 7th house then the horoscope is called Half Blind horoscope.

The horoscope of this kind can influence to a great extent in

native's professional life, mental peace, and domestic happiness.

Saturn in the 7th house becomes very strong. As per astrology Saturn

in the 7th house gets directional strength. With his 10th aspect,

Saturn in this house can influence the planets in the 4th house.

Because of the inimical aspect of Saturn, the benefic results of Sun

become malefic. The 7th aspect of Sun situated in 4th house will fall

on the house profession and turns the results of house of profession

adverse. Thus causes losses to all kinds of pleasures and happiness

by destroying comforts and minimizing mental peace to a great extent.

Saturn and his aspects are responsible for the bad influence on the

horoscope. Hence it is not proper to perform remedial measures for

Sun but the remedial measures are to be performed for Saturn to

mitigate his malefic nature.

Righteous Horoscope

As per Lal Kitab there are certain Righteous horoscopes. In these

types of horoscopes the influence of malefic planets reduces to

maximum extent. In any horoscope, if Saturn is situated in any good

house along with Jupiter, then the horoscope becomes Righteous

horoscope. The native who is having righteous horoscope, will be

helped by God Himself while facing obstructions formed on the way

during difficult situations.

As per Lal kitab, Saturn is the significater of our difficulties as

well as luck. If Saturn is situated along with Jupiter or in

Jupiter's rasi, then beneficence will come in the nature of Saturn.

The relationship of Saturn and Jupiter removes many blemish qualities

in the horoscope. The conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in 6th, 9th,

11th or 12th houses mitigates many problems

and controls the ups and downs in the life. Because of this influence

all kinds of malefics and calamities will be put to an end.

______________

Under Aged Horoscope

As per the principles of Lal Kitab, there will be under aged

horoscopes unto the age of 12 years of native. The influence of the

horoscope will not be on the native up to 12 years but there will be

influence of results of fortune belonging to previous birth. If

houses 1,4,7 & 10, i.e., centers are either vacant or only malefic

planets like Saturn, Rahu & Ketu are situated or Mercury alone is

situated, then the horoscope is called under aged horoscope.

The native's condition of luck and fate will be suspicious up to the

age of 12 years.

As per Lal kitab, in the under aged horoscope, there will be

influence of single particular planet during every particular year as

mentioned below. The remedial measures are to be performed to the

planets situated in the below mentioned houses to mitigate the

adverse effects on life and making them favorable.

1. There will be influence of planet situated in 7th house during

the 1st year of age.

2. There will be influence of planet situated in 4th house during

the 2nd year of age.

3. There will be influence of planet situated in 9th house during

the 3rd year of age.

4. There will be influence of planet situated in 10th house during

the 4th year of age

5. There will be influence of planet situated in 11th house during

the 5th year of age.

6. There will be influence of planet situated in 3rd house during

the 6th year of age.

7. There will be influence of planet situated in 2nd house during

the 7th year of age.

8. There will be influence of planet situated in 5th house during

the 8th year of age.

9. There will be influence of planet situated in 6th house during

the 9th year of age.

10.There will be influence of planet situated in 12th house during

the 10th year of age.

11.There will be influence of planet situated in 1st house during

the 11th year of age.

12.There will be influence of planet situated in 8th house during

the 12th year of age.

Dear all,

I have been associated with Lal kitab for past 18 years, and have more than 20 versions of Lalkitab in my possession collected over this period of time ( Though I do not discuss about my knowledge on this, on the forums, because I feel I am not yet ready).

What Chandu Chill has mentioned about blind horoscopes is well mentioned by one of the best authors of Lalkitab Shri RS Chillar who is a old man , in his book "Lala Kitab" by Sagar publications, which is the best which I recomend for all the lovers of Lalkitab, on page no. 11 of this book.

Please go through this book before one ventures to be a teacher on Lalkitab here.

Bhaskar.

Dear all,

When someone puts his Horoscope here on the forum, like I did, with all the placements of my planets in houses and signs, then it is expected that the discussion should move beyond the prelimnary stages of teaching one, about the working of any system which is already known to the enquirer. What is required here is the predictive approach and parts. We do not need basics because these are all available to most of the astrologers here for a Rs.60- book available on the footpath. We need something better than that. It is clearly understood that this is a advanced forum and not talking to the new entrants in the field of astroloy .

While Sobhanaji has well explained the system of Lalkitab how it approaches a chart, my questions which are a very few, have remained still unanswered. I keep these queries open for all here to answer, to those who are practising Lalkitab or have some better knowledge about Lalkitab, something more than elementary.

I hve seen evasion of my queries in the past too, more than few occasions, and people going round about but not answering the query.

I hope hat the knowledgable here would be able to give me some predictions with reference to Lalkitab, rather than asking me the answers, and also tell me what the present Varsh Horoscope suggest in my Life, as per Lalkitab, alongwith the remedial measures for the Natal chart, as well as the Varsha chart, alongwith the timings of the event.

I am sorry to state, but i feel none here would be able to do this despite their claims of years of learning Lal kitab.

And do not think that it is not possible. I know ceratin people who cantell you as per Lal kitab, what happened last month , first week in your Life. Those are the real astrologers of Lal kitab, and not those who just write theories without any predictions, or ask the person many queries about his Life, which instead of asing, one must be abl to say himself if he is a good astrologer of any system or approach.

I am sorry, i am being too blunt, but we need to focus on how to predict, what events can take shape, whether for the good or bad, in which area of Life, when they would happen- the timings, and if negative results, then how to ward off the evils . This is what must be the essence of any astrological discussion.

Bhaskar.

Dear Bhaskar Ji

I am yet to find deatils of your chart.... I shall try all my best

including reading your Das and annual chart based on your horoscope..

But where are the deatils...

And may I ask You why are you so angry, annoyed and offensive...

Can you please calm down..... Your personal attacks are increasing

with every post and there are limits of toleration...

What if I say that you know astrology and not any one else have even

an idea of it...will that sort out the issue....

Thanks...

Dear Shobhana ji,

//I am yet to find deatils of your chart.... I shall try all my bestincluding reading your Das and annual chart based on your horoscope..But where are the deatils...//

Madam, if I may intervene.....kindly refer message # 14069 to access Bhaskar ji's birth details. I've been following this thread with much enthusiasm in the hope of learning something...Hence remembered that Bhaskar ji gave his birth data a few days ago. In fact I copied it down for my references.

Dear Sobhanaji,

// And may I ask You why are you so angry, annoyed and offensive...//

Its nothing to do with anyone personally. I believe in seeing the fruits

and not the leaves or the bark. Until I see that all other views to

me do not make sense. I would be like this not only with

you but with anyone else.

// > Can you please calm down..... Your personal attacks are increasing > with every post and there are limits of toleration.../

I have no personal attack towards anyone . I do not even know you. You

also seem to be a women. I am the last person to attack you. Please

forgive me if you have felt so. I have no hidden or open agenda with you,

there is some misundersanding please.

// > What if I say that you know astrology and not any one else have even > an idea of it...will that sort out the issue.... //

That will not sort the issue , because there is no issue in the first place. How can I know astrology while the other can not. This is just not possible. Every one knows something better than the other

in some area or the facets of astroloy as per individual experience.

regards/Bhaskar.

Dear Shobhana-ji and Bhaskar-ji,

Both of you are well conversant with lal Kitab.

Could you please share some basics with us ?

Earlier, I had tried learning it after joining a LalKitab Study forum.

The problem I found is.. not much was discuused about

the logic part... it was more like if planet X is in yH then

such result should be expected.

BTW, my initial understanding about LK was...

In Jyotish, lagna is important. In Bhrigu Nadi, Aries is

always the lagna (may be I am wrong here). In LK, the

case is just opposite... Here Lagna will be considered as

Aries.

'Looking forward to learn from all of you.

regards

chakraborty

Dear Chakraborty,

In Lal-Kitab, the sambandh (relationship) between the Karak

(significance) of Planets and Karak of House

is given the Utmost Importance.

for eg karak for first house is sun (pakka ghar) and mars (rasi lord as

per kalpurush kundli).

In Various Nadis as you have stated, Sambandh between planets and Rasis

(signs) is given more importance.

In both system ascendant does not have much importance.

Best Wishes,

Vijay Goel

Dear Chakrobortyji,

Shri Vijay Goelji has already replied what i wished to reply.

I will further add, that as in few Nadis where the Karaka or significator has sambandh with other planets as karakas and the mumber of houses away from each another, as also transits of one planet over another, without reference to any ascendant, in same way there is some resemblence in Lal Kitab.

Another important point is, that we cannot search for Logic in everything, or else even if we spend anothr 100 Lives, we will never be able to find logic for all what is written in the texts. How many of us can give logic for exaltation points of planets, or the Vimsottari dasha sequence, or the number of years given to each planet, or the effects given to each planet or so many thousands of such other matters we know to be correct in practise .

So it is better to spend our time in application of the rules suggested by most of our ancestors, and try to find or search or look for logic, but when it is not available handy, then do not waste time, but just apply the principles and check whether it matches in real Life or not.

An ounce of practise is a lakh times better than quintals of theory is what I suggest to myself and all over here.

regards/Bhaskar.

Respected Vijay Goel Ji,

This astro community is a very very small world and most of the

members of this community are sread allover the groups.

Vijay Goela ji is very respected member but for his deep rooted and

very individualistic business interests with some of the groups

including offshhots of SJC and and some other connected people.

Vijay Ji forgets about his satrk negative role he played in

destruction of of a well established group od astrology. I was just a

standby observant. These tricks do not work in a close knit and tight

community where are but a few to count upon.

However, I again say he is a good astrologer, Inintailly a very

sincere soul but spoilled now by money.

I stil wish him the very best. I wish I am anot blaming him or

putting allegations. I know him for last four yaers and can prove

what ever changes I saw in his astrological life.

But Vijay Ji you will alwyas reamin a respected man so far I am

oncerned. The backgrounfd role you played will never, howvwer, fade

away. You know what is being talked about.

Regards.

Dear Vijay Ji,

With all respect and due apologies.

Internet Astrlogers community in India, perticularly the Englishwalas, whether Professional or Hobbists all over India are but a few and you can count them on fingers. It is a small community and calls for healthy respect and interactions with each other.

I have observed with dismay that instead of commradaire, they indulge in petty issues and fight badly. The healthy aspects of the discussion and progress of an idea gets stalled or sidelined.

I do not have much of interaction with Goel Ji of Delhi though I have full respect for his astrological talent.

I know Vijay Goel i of Jaipur for whom I have equal regards.

My Only request is that we all know This Charakaraka replacement theory is Brain Wave of Shree Sanjay Rath follwed up by some Visti Lasrsen. It is a fine idea and can be experimented upon. I welcome it.

My contention is only that one need not Justify it quoting Parasara. Parashara interpreation can not be stretched to justify that idea.

As an idea, it is welcome, experiment with it and justify. Do nort use it as commercial tool and as a means of spreading the Empire. Use SJC forums for that purpose.

My another and associated request is that, multiple forums of SJC be used for that purpose and this concept should not be made a bone of contention in other communities. That leads to ganging up by interested elements rather than a free intellectual discussion.

The idea is being spread as a cult rather than an innovative find. Coupled with that, many professional have jumped into the band wagon due to their prefessional self interests rather than due to acedemics.

Hope I have humbly and unoffendingly put across my views.

Thanking you.

Om Namo Narayana

Dear Bhakar-ji,

Your advice is taken in right spirit.

And yes, searching for logic may be futile in many cases.

However, when few basics are understood, it is easier to

remember the rules.

Without basic logic, there will not be any patterns.. and without

patterns, it is difficult to memorize .. at least to me. And sometimes

there will be few contradictions .. when basics are known, may be

I can understand the situation better.

Please note that I am not asking for all the basics...sharing of

such details is not possible in a forum .. and may be humanly

impossible too.

With regards

Chakraborty

Another important point is, that we cannot search for Logic in everything,

or else even if we spend anothr 100 Lives, we will never be able to find

logic for all what is written in the texts. How many of us can give logic

for exaltation points of planets, or the Vimsottari dasha sequence, or the

number of years given to each planet, or the effects given to each planet or

so many thousands of such other matters we know to be correct in practise .

So it is better to spend our time in application of the rules suggested by

most of our ancestors, and try to find or search or look for logic, but when

it is not available handy, then do not waste time, but just apply the

principles and check whether it matches in real Life or not.

An ounce of practise is a lakh times better than quintals of theory is what

I suggest to myself and all over here.

regards/Bhaskar.

Respected Bhaskar Ji

Please accept my salutations for your following lines:

(A). //.....we cannot search for Logic in everything,or else even if we spend

another 100 Lives, we will never be able to find logic for all what is written

in the texts.//

(B). //So it is better to spend our time in application of the rules suggested

and check whether it matches in real Life or not.//

©. //An ounce of practise is a lakh times better than quintals of theory...//

(I have included this into my favorite collection of " sayings by great people " ).

Although knowing a logic behind any rule is like an icing on the cake, but I

agree with you that it is beyond our understanding to find out what actually was

in the minds of our Sages/ancestors while formulating every principle. So the

best way to verify the accuracy of any given principle is the practical

experience.

I know some " planet shifter " scholars, who are burning their night oil to find

out rationales behind each tenet of Lal Kitab, but nine out of ten times they

came out with clumsy conclusions far far away from the fundamentals. Moreover

they audaciously support there findings with fabricated theories that are not at

all conform to the basics of Lal Kitab.

I once again congratulate you on this brilliant write up.

Respectfully

Yograj Prabhakar

Dear Bhakar-ji,

Your advice is taken in right spirit.

And yes, searching for logic may be futile in many cases.

However, when few basics are understood, it is easier to

remember the rules.

Without basic logic, there will not be any patterns.. and without

patterns, it is difficult to memorize .. at least to me. And sometimes

there will be few contradictions .. when basics are known, may be

I can understand the situation better.

Please note that I am not asking for all the basics...sharing of

such details is not possible in a forum .. and may be humanly

impossible too.

With regards

Chakraborty

Dear Chakrobortyji,

Shri Vijay Goelji has already replied what i wished to reply.

I will further add, that as in few Nadis where the Karaka or significator

has sambandh with other planets as karakas and the mumber of houses away

from each another, as also transits of one planet over another, without

reference to any ascendant, in same way there is some resemblence in Lal

Kitab.
