Guest guest
Dear Sunil More specifically, as Kursijaji mentioned, this is very ndicative of Heart disease, and when someone is around 40's as an example, it would be very very interesting to know about congenital heart disease, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension (very rare). On another note, please note, too less of salt is also a fatal metabolic condition known as hyponatremia, (low sodium). It is fatal only if undetected or in the inability to correct due to compounding factors like heart disease Spook
