Dear Neelam ji, There seems to be a typo in the table you prepared. I am providing the corrected table below. If Mars is placed within the following degrees in the natal chart for an Aries Lagna born, then Mars Navamsa could be in Taurus -

I don't know whether Mars Navamsa in 2nd from Lagna can cause heart affliction or not. But I have the following comments for sure on your statements -//Mars in 2nd , why would I talk of heart affliction?//

It Mars is in Taurus, the navamsa count starts from Capricorn and it is the 5th Navamsa that falls in Taurus. navamsh - Vargottam is good, making Mars strong. Do you want to say that if malefic is strong, then bad results amplify?!!! I don't think so! This is NOT in tune with the classics as well!I think it will also fall in virgo in

dreshkan and leo in chaturthamsh - If Mars is in Taurus in Taurus Navamsa, then certainly it is placed between 13.20-16.40 as you have rightly mentioned. This is 2nd Drekkana of Taurus, which falls on Virgo, if we calculate Drekkana as per popular system. (As per Parivtitti Traya system, the it is the 5th drekkana from Aris 0 degree and falls in Leo). When mars is in friendly signs and own sign, it falls in 2nd navamshBut in mercury's, venusian and saturn's signs it takes 6th and 8th navamshasAnd when in 4/8/12, mars does not get Taurus navamsh. (any special signification?)

This is what I could think of quickly… but

since mars is also LL, and if other afflictions are not there, or there are
