Peedith ---Doubt to Dr Neelam

Dear Dr Neelam,

In Kerala , I have seen elderly Astrologers referring to a planet in 9th navamsa as in "peeditha (harassed) avastha (state) "

In your answer to BC , you were referring to "peedith " of Ascendant in one case and descendant in another .I didn't understand it

I am interested in learning more about it .

Would your good self be kind enough to explain it ?
