Discussion on exaltation of different planets

It is generally accepted principle that planet in exaltation will give

best results for the " native " . Phaladeepika of Mantreswara gives

specifically the wonderful things that can accrue to an individual

when a planet is exalted.

 

Do all planets in exaltation give the same results? Will Saturn

exalted give same results that Jupiter gives when exalted same results

that Mars will give when exalted.

 

Of course, they will give different results? And pronounced results in

the dasa of the planet or in the antardasa of a friendly planet's

mahadasa.

 

Can we have a discussion on how different planets add their own colour

when they are in exaltation?

 

I have always wondered - Exaltation means excited and planet is

excited to do something. How come satwik, tamaasik planets behave the

same way in exaltation?
