You can download it from any website. You may do a small google search. You will find many. Download those fonts, go to your computer's Control Pantel > Fonts > File > Install Fonts>Browse and give file path. This is will install the fonts. You would be able to read the document without any problem. Follow the same for reading any indian regional language fonts.
