I want to thank all members who participated in the quiz. I apologize if I missed out any member who participated. Please do let me know in such a case, I shall incorporate the same in the results.

Again in my results I shall stick to the question I asked and not about any other aspect of the native's life.

Some points before I mention the results.

1. I cannot reveal the name of the native.

2. The native is not related to me but is a family friend for many years

3. I am not permitted to reveal any information other than her professional summary.

However, I will give in some details about the native which may indirectly reveal the native's identity.

I would request mature behavior from the esteemed members of this group by not revealing the name or other clues directly pointing to the identity of the native.

My question was about the profession of the native.

Here are my answers:

1. She is a celebrity (actress) hailing from Bengal. Her name is in the list:

2. She is a multi-faced personality wrt profession.

3. She writes a column in the leading newspaper from Bengal - The Ananda Bazar Patrika (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anandabazar_patrika, http://www.anandabazar.com/) as a film critic

4. She has written seven poem books in Bengali which are published and are very popular

5. She is a founder of an acting teaching school where she along with her colleagues from the film fraternity teaches acting skills

6. She is an artist and as per my call with her yesterday, her paintings are selling like hot cake. She donates the money she gets from her paintings to an NGO working for underprivileged women in rural Bengal to revive village art (pottery, terracotta art etc.)

7. She is an elocutionist and is often invited at elite functions to recite her poems. She does this as a hobby with no monetary benefit.

8. From 2006, she started directing films. One of her directed films has already released and the other one is beginning shooting from June 2nd. 2008. Sorry, I can't talk about the recent projects.

9. She started her film career from a tender age (I spoke to her yesterday and she said it was either the 8th. or the 9th. grade). As per the education system in Bengal, that would be 14 or 15 yrs of age.

10. She is called as a judge in most beauty pageants in Bengal. She is also one of the judges every year for judging the Best Durga Pujo in and around Kolkata.

11. She also does extensive stage shows in and around Bengal

12. She has won many awards and one recently won a journalist's critic award. I am sorry I can't mention the film names as it would make her identity obvious.

13. She is also a great entrepreneur in making and some of her projects would come up in Kolkata very soon - a school being one of them.

14. She is as well-known in the film fraternity as she is in the journalist community for her work in both these sectors.

15. She is also a very loving mother.

I apologize for not mentioning any other details, as I am sure, you would understand the sensitivity of celebrity information.

Neither can I comment on her nature nor other personal aspects as my views have a danger of being biased in these areas. However, what I have stated above are facts and thus devoid of any personal opinion.

I have given "Yellow" status to journalist, writer etc. as profession because she those are invariably her secondary profession. She is famous for her journalism attributed to her celebrity status and not vice-versa.

e.g. Shoba Dey would be a journalist celebrity but Amitabh Bachchan would not be a blogger/writer by profession even if his blog BigAdda becomes very popular .

Congratulations to Ananth Krishnan-ji and Bhagavati-ji for going closest to reality.Vinita-ji you were almost knocking at the door but never enetered it J Congratulations to you too.

The lady in subject can be into multiple professions at a time orchanging her professions or roles. 1) Can be into a Real Estate, Lawyer, and Irrigation. 2) There is a possibility for her to be involved in finances of areligious institution.

My guess is something law / dispute related area.. lawyer

or cyber law (ketu). I will opt for cyber law related area

as Ketu as well as Saturn aspect is there (something technical). - Incorrect

Jupiter and Mercury give me a writer, astrologer, publisher(?)....but the most important planet for profession in this case isVenus....so this lady has to be quite famous in arts. (Sun is in 10thin d-1 signifying fame / some connection with Government(?).

 

But somewhere there is a strong Mercury-Venus connection inprofession as these 2 planets conjoin in the house of earning in D-1which belongs to the sign of Libra (commerce). Furthermore, shewould have established her profession in the MD of Mercury. Anexalted Venus and and exalted Mars in d-10 show beauty andinsitution respectively. Is her profession connected withbeauty?????? Does she advocate beauty (is she somebody in cosmeticindustry?) who communicates / preaches the importance of healthy /sattvik living / yoga...and has become famous through thisprofession??????????? – No, Incorrect

She seems to be a preacher/counselor/speaker with lead role, in whatever profession she is.She is also endowed with talent of fine arts, singing and writing, etc.

She could be: a doctor/psychologist/researcher/healer -- for the role of preacher/counselor.(her initial years and education appear to be disturbed and may not complete her formal education properly, so a formal doctor seems unlikely) - Incorrecta religious/spiritual practitioner or missionary attached to an institution in an leading role, or she might even have established a religious institution with support from a Guru, family, and friends and big business houses in a foreign nation (like land given by foreign patrons). - Incorrect

I am more inclined to go for second option for which I can give my reasons if found correct.

Her life might've turned around when she was 17, and after a not very happy childhood, may be a lot of emotional upheavals…she seems to have met some guru or guide….when life gets its purpose…..

She is a good speaker, writer, sharp intellect, humanitarian, engaged in service to masses, working with missionary zeal.

Might even be raising funds with her preachings and bhakti songs, etc….might be doing occult practices...meditation, yoga, devotional songs, etc – No, absolutely Not.….. like a MA in OSHO ASHRAM.

Looks like a multifaceted personality. – Yes to this.

She might be away from her birth place and living among foreigners. – No, always stayed in Kolkata.

She might also be well-known in her line of work.

Anantha Krishnan-ji

Since the 9L is in the 10th house, in the constellation of Moon, the profession will be honorable one. 10th L in 11H indicates good income. 10 th Lord Mercury is in the Venetian house with Venus in it. She will thrive if she is in a profession which combines good communication skills and art. In Dasamsa, 10L Venus is exhalted in the 8th house and it also in exchange with Jupiter. My two cents on this will be that she is involved with theatre. Could be writing script or acting- somehow involved in theatre/ movies.

or some skills in arts and instruments and it arts field(3rd Lord influencing 10th house and merc+venus in 11th and sun +ketu in 10th --so instruments ) ,or in banking sector .( 10th Lord and venus in 11th house )

i would hav said doctor(sun+ketu in 10th house ) but i will endorse food technology(moon+rahu+sat aspecting 10th house ) or some alike job as her education dont reflect in it -

1. Saturn in retro in 4th - we had some discussions about this earlier in the group. Also since it is at 90 degrees to lagna and with moon and rahu, also, no other benefic planets aspecting this bhava - hence I believe the lady must have left home or some mishap during saturn dasha. Also since siddhamsha chart has rahu/ketu aspecting 9th house without any other drishti, I strongly suspect she must have stopped education after school. – Sorry I can't comment on this.

 

 

2. 10 house having ketu with sun makes me wonder whether she might be a "matha" in an ashram as many have suggested. Mars in 9th also casts doubt on this. Also strong venus probably gives her more wordly pleasure not to be a "matha" or a "preacher". Also in navamsha, 12th house has rahu, which some say is the bhava for renunciation in D9. –

 

3. Basically learning seems to have suffered in native's chart / non-traditional learning, while profession is strong. Hence logically speaking, I am a bit confused. –

 

4. While dashamsha chart has jupiter in 10th house, I doubt she will be engaged in spiritual preaching. This is because jupiter in venus house, also retro saturn aspecting it, and also sun(in scorpio) aspecting it. This might indicate she is quite mostly employed in government service (mars in 6th in D10) where she is a very dynamic and dominating person doing some "teaching work" at such public/govt place. – Art teaching at her own institute.

 

5. Many have pointed out strong venus in D1, D10, hence I quite agree with them but am still sticking on with my prediction of profession related to govt/secret service/"consultancy" in Govt dept/etc rather than go for "arts" related or "spiritual" related professions. – Incorrect. Arts is correct.

Then in 10th house Venus has 0 so that means the mind can bearound enjoyment and partnerships, and Saturn has 0 in 12th housewhich is Root karak sthan and here Sa is natural karak for parakramand knowledge and also functional karak for spouse and partnership andresearch or death.

So there is also a possiblity that she might be anadvisor or a teacher dealing with sexual related problems so can be adoctor or something like that.

so she will be a great crowd puller, saturn being lord of 3 . 10th house is occupied by sun and kethu though sun is a great discplinarian but the longititude of saturn is greater than sun so retro saturn has greater say on the 10th house. if she is not in politics then the next possibility is only in religious side.
