dear grp and learned memebrs

I am concentrating only rasi chart (along with navamsa ) and its inflence and dasa ONly ,so if some one who personaly want to use other varga charts according their teaching i dont hav any problem >but this grp we hav to be thorough with the rasi charts planets ,signs ,and its significations ,so i am concentrting only on that .So like some memebrs pointed out unusual charts may be there and it needs higher calculations too ,but let us concentrate on simple charts first .

so invite charts and honest feed backs

pls refer the event when it happened .here i am concentring only on property buying and selling .

Buying property and constructing a house etc are related to 4th house .So planets has any sambantha with 4th house or Lords ( drishti ,yoga ,dispositors in rasi or navamsa etc ) can help in buying propery and its other conjnctions with other dustana or malefic lords may giv even selling off it too in later periods ,or shows distructions of properties .When their dasas or upa dasas operates .

other wise rajayoga dasas ,strong dasas ,trikonathi pathi dasas and some strong dasas also find to help in this directions

the qulity of residence will be depending on planets in 4th house .

This nativ buy a land with a ancetral house ( a nampoothiri brahmins house ,old but elegent ) During merc -moon dasa <merc is navamsa dispositor of sani his 4th Lord and he is in his own house and moon is 9th Lord and placed in 4th house with 4th Lord sani ,moon shows good and strong houses and sani shows ancient and need to be repaired ( at times delapidated house s ,some times houses in agricultural land ) ,so he buy a house and repaired it and strted living there .
