There are reasons for this. I may like to point out some cases: 1. MORARJI DESAI was having the exalted Saturn in 5H( gemini Lagna) . Saturn is the lord of both 8H AND 9H. He had lot of suffering even in his old age and was put in jail just on account of political Benedetta 2 In the nativity of N.D.Tiwari (Virgo ascendant) ,Saturn IS EXALTED, but is in debility in Navamsa. Thus if Trik lords are in debility in Navamsa , they create Rajyoga.As 5HL was in debility in D-9, HE HAD NO PROGENY. 3. If Trika lords are in exaltation in Navamsa chart , the progress of the native is blocked. 4. If exalted Trik lord is a) sign vargottama b) Bhava VARGOTTAMA , IT WILL DO GOOD RATHER THAN HARMING THE NATIVE. 5. If these lords are in Puskar Navamsa , damage will be contained. 6. Generally , Trika lords also own good houses. the signification of these houses will flourish. 7. Concept of exaltation and debilitation gives very powerful and extreme results and needs to be applied with care. 8.If exalted / debilitated planet is placed in 11H from dasa rasi, the native gains immensely . The gain will be according to the signification of Varga, in which such a disposition will occur.You have my birth data,According to Parsara char dasa-Pisces was operating IN 1967 TO1968 for one year, has given me raise in salary and status as debilitated Jupiter is in 11H.
