Dear Srinivas ji, Leela Madhav ji,Astrology is a vast

ocean - the more we dip in it, the more we comprehend the enormity of this

divine study. Jaimini in itself holds a complete system of profound analysis. Though we

learn the basics sometimes during our initial years of learning but many of us

use it for cursory glances and at the most for secondary confirmations. To be able to enhance

our knowledgebase about Jaimini principles and to be able to make more

free-hand use of these wonderful techniques...will surely be a blessing!

We welcome the gracious

presence of Leela Madhav ji in the group and look forward to fruitful learning

experience in Jaimini from him.

Thank you very much Leela

Madhav ji, and Sreenivas ji.Regardsneelam

Dear Members

Happy Ugadi

I am pleased to know that they are people who care for Maharshi

Jaimini's Upadesa Sutras " As it is " - " Yada tadham "

It is my pleasure to explain these wonderful, small in sentence but

big in meaning just like a tree inside a seed or as rightly said by

Sreeramji (in computer terminology) a small chip with large processing

capability to all those interested - Sraddhavan labathe jnanam

Kintu, there are certain procedures or rules to be observed by all, to

study and practice Jaimini jyotish

They are:

1. Unlike an Acharya Prokta (taught by a teacher) this is a

Maharshi Prokta or pronounced by a seer, it will be very difficult to

know his whereabouts except by his grace in yoga or meditation. At

the end of Dwapara Yuga and beginning of Kali yuga, there existed

simultaneously a Rshi and an Acharya viz., Rshis like Narada, Garga

(who has performed Namakaran for Lord Krishna) and Acharyas like

Drona, Krupa. There also existed Daivamsa sambhutas like Bhishma

Pitamaha who lie in between Rshi and Acharya with his unique

capability of Swacchanda Marana(attainment of moksha by his own will).

There exists two amsas in every atma and they are Jeeva Amsa and Param

Amsa, and in a Tamo guna atma the Jeeva amsa is strong and Param Amsa

is weak, where as in Satwa guna atma it is reverse, and this is said

rightly in Parasara Hora Sastra. On these lines, a Rshi, Daivamasa

Sambhuta and Acharya can be visualized - This is called Rule of

Three(RoT) and it is in similar to Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara. If

we agree to this, it will be very difficult for me if someone asks

about birth details of Maharshi Jaimini on historian perspective

(though I favor this aspect, but presently I am working on birth

details of Acharya Varhamihira)

2. You may ask that if I cannot percieve or tell details of

Maharshi Jaimini, will I be able to tell sutras and their inner

meanings, yes you may be right, but, believe it or not, I have

visualised Maharshi Jaimini, many times with the grace of my Guruji

Sri Vemuri Rama murthy, about whom I am attaching a file. I have

possessed maximum (to my knowledge) material which includes vriddha

karikas, bhashyas, printed and hand written by old and veteran

scholars in languages like english, hindi, telugu, sanskrit. For the

past 20 years I worked much on collection, photocopying, scanning etc

of these materials, and in 2002, I have completed Jaimini Upadesa

Sutras in four Volumes which came around 2000 A4 size pages, and

interestingly the bhashya is based on pure divine grace of Maharshi

Jaimini and I will guarantee that this bhashya is totally different

from those available in past or present. So if any one can give a

different bhashya, I am ready to do shisyarikam (service to Guru) to Him.

3. I will continue ...., as my mother calls me for breaking Upavasa

(Ekadasi fasting)with this, meanwhile, I would request to moderator to

inform as many members as possible so that they to can participate, so

that we can plan this auspicious event a grand success

4. Jai Jaimini

5. Jai Varahamihira

6. Jairadhe

Dear Madhav ji,

In the case of tables, try copy-pasting the same from " Microsoft

word " to " Rich Text Editor " provided online by . (But this advice

is not generally advisable for the whole mail because, word may

insert/use some special charecters in the file which will fail to

transilate while copy-pasted in rich text editor). Me too prefer

using copy-paste from word in a limited way (i.e. only in the case of

tables etc).

Note: As far as charts are concered I think the above method won't be

helpful. It is better to avoid charts except in uploaded pdf and word

files.

Love and regards,

Sreenadh

Dear membersAfter checking carefully, I found the error of missing i in the present post named Jamini_AstrologyThe present topic is initiated by one of the member named Sreeram_srinivas by taking liberty of pasting my posts in other group. However, propagation of knowledge may be the spirit but improper addressing a sage is not entertained. Moreover, initially I thought that Sunil Nairji is the moderator, but now feel that there are more than one!!I request Sreeramji to correct (as one can find all along in all his posts) this error of addressing Jaimini MaharshiRegarding his description of Gemini with Jamini, and dual processors, yes, as the present electronic world depends on binary logic in the form of zero and one or high and low, similarly, Jaimini Maharshi adopts this logic in the form of Katapaya which is based on zero group and non-zero group of lettersI am looking forward to post under the name Jaimini_AstrologyJai JaiminiJai VarahamihiraJairadhe , "vrajleela" <vrajleela wrote:>> Dear Members> I am shifting my postings under the subject Jamini_Astrology to> Jaimini_Astrology, as I found a spelling mistake in the earlier one,> with "i" missing> I do not know how it cropped> This will enable an easy reference to any outside searcher under> Jaimini_Astrology> > Jai Jaimini> Jai Varahamihira> Jairadhe> , "Sreenadh"> sreesog@ wrote:> >> >> > Dear Madhav ji,> > The method of formatting you are using is perfectly OK, since those> > whose receive the mails will see the message in properly formatted> way.> > As for those who read the group mails online (i.e. by directly> > visiting the group at:> > /> > </> ), if you> are> > using the online "Rich Text Editor" (provided by ) for creating> > the mail then it would be much helpful.
