Dear Friends,

This dictum is slightly misunderstood. I MAY LIKE TO GIVE MY VIEWS:

1. Word Nasho is a Sanskrit word which , in nutshell , means that one gets the

results but does not reap the benefit from it.

Kindly consult any Sanskrit Dictionary.

2. Whenever Jupiter occupies a Bhava , person becomes indifferent to the traits

of that house, naturally the signification of that house

suffers

3 Saturn's placement of any house activate the signification of the house , thus

person put utmost efforts ,and

finally gains.

4. In the nativities , this dictum predominantly operative if Jupiter and Saturn

exchange the signs.

5. In transit , this dictum works very well.

Mr. Krishna

Dear Nameisego ji,

Ok, you are talking about a totally different dictum. I have also heard about

" Karakao bhava naashya.. " , hence the confusion.

Coming back to the dictum that you have quoted, it means that Jupiter destroys

the house it occupies and Saturn blesses the house it occupies. Do you think it

is applicable to all charts or is there a rider or something else to look for

before applying the dictum? And, should we look at Rasi chart or Bhava chart to

apply this dictum? I am asking this question because Jupiter changes house in my

Bhava chart. Please clarify.

Krishna

Jupiter is the karaka for the first three and Sun is the karaka for

father. Sun is not sitting in the 9th. So I don't understand how this

can imply - Karako Bhava Naashya...

Good Day Mr. Goel,

What you have written below is interesting

and certainly brand new to me so I would like to make sure I really understand

what you are saying.

Am I to assume that when I see Jupiter in

any natal chart, the house that it is sitting in and the signification of that

house suffers? Saturn’s placement is opposite.

Am I really understanding this? If Jupiter

was in the third house the relationship with younger siblings would suffer? If

in the 8th house there may be no interest in metaphysics?

Thank you for considering my simple questions.

Namaste Mr. Geol ji,

I would request you to kindly give an example for the nice description

of the concept, which now sounds logical.

Example: Consider Sagittarius Lagna, with Jupiter going to

Debilitation later this year, i.e. Jupiter{T} would be placed in 2H.

What would be its effect.

T= Transit
