Dear Members,

Yesterday, I got a call from an Fiji astro_friend of mine residing in Australia about a person who has his memory, with a query to know when he would recover. I was then in office and could not open the Jhora file that he sent, so took help of other astro_friends and give me the planetary positions.

I have NO other details of PRE or POST of the incident. It reminded me of old hindi films where the Hero or Heroine would go into memory loss at slightest accident {falling from staircase or hit by some object on head...etc..}. Never believed in them till I was requested to work on this data which I am sharing:

Male, 24-April-1963, 01:15 hrs, Longitude : 177E40, Latitude : 17S40. {Will enquire birth place and confirm later.}. Lagna = Capricon, Navamsa Lagna = Leo

1) It is the dasha of 4HL & 11HL Mars conjunct with Rahu, aspected by LL & 2HL Saturn, placed in Cancer Sign i.e. deblitated, placed in 7H. So far NO negative.

2) When we see Navamsa, Mars in Sagittarius with Mercury. Sagittarius is natal chart 12H. Mercury is Natal chart 6HL & 9HL. So Mars-Mercury are now connected to natal chart 12H. Mercury - nervous system. Mars & Mercury are inimical to each other. Mars is debilitated. Now recall my Akbar-Birbal mail earlier. Mercury is in OK house, but in Aries sign. Natural kalpurush - Head. Further debilitated Mars is aspecting LL Saturn.

3) Rahu & Ketu are vargottam and hence, they will contribute good for their dispositors are also ok.

4) Native is amavasya born. Sun & Moon conjunct. Night birth, Sun is weak. Moon also.

5) 6HL Mercury conjunction with Sun & Moon.

6) Navamsa Dispositor of Mars & Mercury is Jupiter, who is with Natal chart 5HL & 10HL Venus. i.e. 5H = memory. also Mantra shakti in this case. Venus is exalted in Pisces, counjuct with Jupiter.

7) 12HL & 3HL Jupiter is aspecting Mars in Natal chart.

8) So strengthening Mars would result in improvement, for it has blessings of Jupiter & Venus .

9) Suggested Mars & Jupiter mantra chatting everyday atleast for 1 hr two times a day.

10) Predicted slow recovery, mantra chatting to be regular even after recovery, with a rider that Rahu-Mercury-Mars or Rahu-Mars-Mercury periods would see him another stroke of medical ailment......

Dear Sreeram ji, I have a slightly different opinion. Mars is debilitated and its dispositor Moon is combust. Mars is getting the energies of 12th lord Jupiter. Mars also disposits 6th lord Mercury and 8th lord Sun. Mars seems to carry the energies of all the three dusthana lords. Hence, Lagna is afflicted by Mars for sure. The problem has started around Mars-Ketu period, which we can see why. Ketu sitting in lagna helps Mars to cause more damage on lagna. However, the saving grace is that Lagna lord is in lagna. There will be recovery eventually. The problem will be severe until the end of Ketu sub period. I feel the recovery would be slow later and the native would get well by the turn of Mars MD. Dear Srinivasji,

The subject has natal Sat+Ketu in Lagna. This combination is also currently transiting in the 2nd house. Saturn in the 1st house does make the head a little " cold"-- circulation problem. It is opposed by a debilitated Mangal which is opposite in Nature. Mangal has lost in the battle with Saturn in its own MD. Was surgery suggested ? 5 th house lord is exalated in 3rd house. You have rightly pointed out that Budh signifies nervous system but it is hard to understand how strengthening Mars will help in the recovery of nervous system. At the most it may counter the freezing effects of Saturn and bring about a thaw. I think the doctors will recomend a surgical option in the near future when Mars + Ketu get togather in Cancer. I personally think Sukra + Budh mantra will be more helpful. Just a thought. please give your opinion .
