Dear Sudhir Menon,

I agree with your observation. Moon represents so many

things including imagination.The job of Rahu is to

enhence the energy with which it is associated. So

Moon and Rahu combination gives imagination. Soft ware

engineer requires imagination too.

I shall be glad if you share your charts. I have

written an article on " profession part-I " in Times of

Astrology. It will be better for you to go through the

same.

Respected Sreeram Srinivasa ji & Kursija Ji Very good observation. I have Rahu/Moon in 10th house in rasi chart. I have done masters in Electronics and working as Software Engineer. In dasamsa chart Venus, mercury are in 10th house getting aspect from Jupiter, Mars and Rahu. Dear Mohan Ji,

 

I too agree with ur view that Rahu is Karaka for computor background Education. Long back I interpreted this aspect and gave predctions to students of MSet entrance test for Engineering with Computor base. In anicient indian astrology "RAHU" is considered for unidentifiable health problems, whichcraft etc. which are called 'HOONA VIDYAS' Pisachas, Mgic, Karna Pisacha vidya, Adrusya grahas that which can not be seen with naked eyes. In computor education though it works on a scientific basis, one cannot see its working.If we press a button the result will appear in a fraction of second. This interpretation we cannot find in our old texts. Whenever is connected to 10th house,connected with 10 th lord,9th lord, 2nd house 4th house conjoined with Sun, Merc.Mars, Moon (for AC facility)if he is in the stars of 10,11,2,9,3,4 and are connected to 2,6,10,11 th houses the native will go for Computor Education and same profession. Members in the grp. are

requested to interpret the above combinations and find the result.I have seen number of charts.

There is NO weblink...you got to buy the magazine - i.e. there is only

HARD COPY link to that....!!! I think that magazine cost is Rs. 40.

Poorly marketed.

 

Earlier it was run by Sri Santanam, later on his demise, somebody

purchased that magazine rights.....

Dear sreeram srinivas,

I know that u r very intelligent and have good

knowledge of astrology.But it is not medical science

or psychology etc in which there is facility or

experiments.We have only 9 planets, 12 signs and 12

houses.We have to analyse every aspect of life with

these instruments. So we can not be precised. We can

say only mental disorder but cant not say

schizophrenia,or other psychological disorder.

Similarly in profession we can say computer engineer,

hardware or software, but can not define that what he

will produce, similarly in education we can say

technical education or social education or medical

education etc. This is my experience. You are free to

1) I agree with your point that it is difficult to pin point the profession with limited planets and combinations that we have, given the choice of professions now in comparison to good old days, where the options were limited.

2) I was only highlighting the difficulties of concluding on Rahu & Moon conjunction with other alternatives, which are also a distinct possibility.

3) You comments or remarks on a my personality is uncalled for, for I have never passed comments on any one in past, particularly when we both are from same school of thoughts and age group, also in the same neighborhood, we are NOT in show of our astro_acumen and test our mettle. We are here to share knowledge and nothing more than that.

4) I would take it as a case of slip off and ignore it. Trust you also acknowledge & feel the same. Should they be written in a true positive spirit, then kindly ignore my pointing out of the same.

5) Should you want me to explain the logics behind my choice of other professions, kindly let me know, I would elaborate it for everyone's knowledgebase.

I have not taken any type of ill what so ever. I have

only expressed my view. Do not take it otherwise. You

are free to express your views.We have developed

Vargas, avasthas only to measure the power of planets

and houses to give results and have left so many

planets, milky ways and asteroids and mathematical

point such as upgraha in the Universe. But we are

human being having short memories and limited

knowledge more over habit of forgetting. So we can

never be perfect and our results can never be 100%. I

am not in habit of raising my finger on any one,
