Dear Pandit ji,

 

You have raised a very very important question.

Honestly speaking, I had never given a thought to this side of effect

of a planet.

 

If I am to apply this to my own chart, I have neecha Guru in 4th

house.

 

I have never been able to own a car till I was 57 years old.

With great difficulty, I owned a moped for some time in my youth. A

scooter owned by me was more a liability ..

4th lord saturn is not under any bad aspect.

 

May be Guru had something to do with this?

It might be interesting to note that I grew up away from my mother

till I was 14 .

 

I have never been able to buy a house and have stayed in either

ancestral or rented places only.

 

I , however am a science graduate.
