Guest guest
Dear Mr. Krishna Where did I say that Guru is the karaka of father? The dictum " Bhava Nasha Karo Jeeva Bhava Vriddhhi karau shani: " clearly means, that Guru tends to destroy the bhava in which he sits and Sani increases the bhava where he sits. Let me explain my point of view. 9th house signifies many things like bhagya, dharma, guru and father. Jupiter is the karaka for the first three and Sun is the karaka for father. Sun is not sitting in the 9th. Guest guest
Dear Nameisego ji, Ok, you are talking about a totally different dictum. I have also heard about "Karakao bhava naashya..", hence the confusion. Coming back to the dictum that you have quoted, it means that Jupiter destroys the house it occupies and Saturn blesses the house it occupies. Do you think it is applicable to all charts or is there a rider or something else to look for before applying the dictum? And, should we look at Rasi chart or Bhava chart to apply this dictum? I am asking this question because Jupiter changes house in my Bhava chart. Please clarify. Guest guest
The dictum is very clear . It says " Bhava " . You need to check if it applies to not only you but also all friend's and relatives charts to say that the dictum holds water or not. For me, I have seen it giving resonably correct result as the dictum says. , Krishnamurthy Seetharama <krishna_1998 wrote: > > Dear Nameisego ji, > > Ok, you are talking about a totally different dictum. Guest guest
Dear Nameisego ji, In my chart, Jupiter falls into 2nd bhava (either equal house bhava or Sripathi bhava). - My basic education was good, no failures, no sufferings - My finances are pretty good. Did not have to take any loan so far. Pretty comfortable in my fianances. I could plan my retirement at the age of 47. I am not working to earn money now. - My family life - no complaints so far, pretty normal. Married for past 24 years, two children, first one got married, have one grand daughter. I have been enjoying my free time with her. - My speech - No problems so far for the past 50 years. - My food habits - pretty normal, not alcoholic, not a drug addict, a vegetarian, non-smoker. More importantly, I have enough to eat. Please tell me if I am not looking at the right things or if I have missed out anything because of my limited knowledge in Astrology. I don't see even a small hint about the dictum you have quoted. With this result, I think I don't need to look at more charts to explore it further. I guess Guru has done a pretty good job in my case. I am very thankful to him. Regards, Krishna nameisego <nameisego wrote: The dictum is very clear . It says "Bhava". Guest guest
Dear Tatvam-Asi ji, As far as I know - No ancient classic provides a quote such as " Bhava Nasha Karo Jeeva Bhava Vriddhhi karau shani:". Can you please let us know from which book you are quoting? Love and regards,Sreenadh , "nameisego" <nameisego wrote:>> Dear Mr. Krishna> > Where did I say that Guru is the karaka of father?> > The dictum " Bhava Nasha Karo Jeeva Bhava Vriddhhi karau shani:"> clearly means, that Guru tends to destroy the bhava in which he sits > and Sani increases the bhava where he sits.> > Tatvam-Asi> > > > > , Krishnamurthy > Seetharama krishna_1998@ wrote:> >> > Dear Nameisego ji,> > > > I still don't understand.
