Guest guest
All Vedic Charts have Trika Houses. But why does some people perish and others don't? What is the tipping point? In my study of various charts, there are some rules that will determine whether the person will succumb to the harmful effects of the Trika Houses. These are :- (1) A chart with 2 or more planets ruling the Trika Houses in angles is very bad. Planets in the angular houses are powerful. So if too much of these planets, the person would usually end up in a terrible Karma predicament. Take the chart of Anthony Perkins. He has a Cancer Ascendant in Vedic. His Mercury, Saturn and Jupiter all ruling the Trik Houses are all in Angular Houses (even though Jupiter is ruling the Trikona 9th House). He died an untimely death due to Aids. (2) If two planets ruling the the Trika Houses are in conjunction, that is a sensitive point the chart. Whenever that point gets activated by transit, bukhti or dasa, a period of crisis follows. This is so even when there is a planet which by the way is not ruling the 5th or 9th House and which is not ruling any Trika Houses is conjuncting the association of the two planets. So to ameliorate the situation, a planet ruling the 5th or 9th House (and preferably not ruling the Trika House at the same time) is conjuncting the association of the two planets. Still it is bad. If three planets ruling the Trika Houses conjunct one another, then the situation is really hopeless. (3) (2) becomes all the more menacing, if the association is in the angular houses ie. points (1) and (2) above combines. Some Vedic Astrologers may claim that there are saving graces of the Trika Houses like the 8th can give you a windfall, 12th can give you enlightenment and the 6th gives progress. This may be true, but in Vedic, no one attribute can cancel out another attribute whether good or bad. So the harmful effects of the Trika Houses cannot be wished away just like that.
