Colours of the Planet

Do you know that the colours accorded to the planets are different in

Tropical Astrology and from Vedic Astrology?

 

For example, Mercury is associated with Yellow in Tropical Astrology

but is accorded green in Vedic Astrology.

 

I would go for Vedic Astrology's assignment because in matters of

planet's characteristics, Vedic has all these years studied the basis

of how it came up with its assignments of various attributes to the

respective planets.

 

So what are the colours? Here they are :

 

Rahu and Ketu - Blue

Mercury - Green

Venus - White

Moon - White

Saturn - Black

Sun - Bright Red

Mars - Lesser Red

Jupiter - Yellow

 

So if you have a good placement of a particular planet, and its dasa

or bukhti is operating, then emphasize it like putting on a shirt with

the colour representing that particular planet. It will enhance your

good karma and give beneficent results to you.
