How to predict with Navamsa? (To Sreenadh ji)

Thanks a lot Sreenadh ji. I was searching in the net the kind of document you sent for Navamsha! I spent a lot of effort on that but in vein! Wonderful document. Thank you. For example, I am giving two scenarios. Please clarify me if they can nullify this debliation. Also please let me know anyother scenarios. 1. Since in Navamsa, Sun in Libra, let's say Venus is in Scorpio, and Moon is in Kendra to Venus i.e. in Kumba. Can this scenario nullify the sun's debilation? 2. Let's say Saturn is in Aries. Does this form Neecha parivarthana yoga in Navamsa?
