Guest guest
Dear Members, We are going to start regular astrology classes in Delhi at week-ends. The classes would be thoroughly based on Rishi Horas and the secret techniques followed by various astrological traditions like Nadi. It would be PAID classes, conducted at the end of every week. We are planning for full day classes at week-ends (even though the final decision regarding whether to go for 2-3 hours class or full day class, would be made after discussing with the learners). The money collected would be used for the future plans such as - Registering the organization, Creating a Library, Translation and Publishing of rare works from Regional scripts, Maintenances and so on. Anyone interested may contact: Sreeram Srinivas ji in his private mail id (srinivas.sreeram) to know further details about FEE Details, Syllabus, Course duration etc. On first come first served bases only 10 students max would be accepted - and NOT more than that. So if you are interested contact as soon as possible. Classes would be taken by : Sreenadh & Sunil Nair Co-coordinator and facilitator: Sreeram Srinivas Note: Only Delhi or NCR residents should apply. Requests for Online/contact classes WILL NOT be entertained, even if any one is ready to pay the fee. People who are not the residents of Delhi or NCR will not be accepted. The classes would be in complete traditional style - with traditional techniques revealed. Love and regards,Sreenadh , "sreeram srinivas" <sreeram64 wrote: Dear Members, There has been few offline messages requesting to teach astrology, which due to my own pre-occupations could not take up. Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan {BVB}has done a commendable job primarily due to single most contributions of Sri K.N. Rao, Late Sri Z.Ansari & Col Gour, { the names are indicative-excuse me for limiting myself to this 3 names} beyond that there is hardly any astro research or development by students of BVB. Reasons may be many. Myself a product of BVB, but went beyond that to collect astro_literature primarily from various languages and contacting any knowledgeable persons and get to know from their experiences. Sreenadh has referred this in his earlier posting, what I privately refer to "secret systems". We have been successful in collecting some material and few original Bhrigu Samhita scripts from London Museum, in scanned form, so on so forth. Possession of such original scripts does not mean much, unless the knowledge contained there in them is thoroughly understood and disseminated. We once contemplated to have a trust established to oversee which all this personal possessions shall be gifted to and define some conventions in maintenance of such scripts and its sharing, assimilations.....to all those interested people through a nominal fee basis. This discussion transpired in KNRao , later for certain reasons became a non-starter. The current Indian govt never tires of its family legacy, but to maintain secular fabric of country shies away from subject of astrology, a true legacy of Hindu scriptures, does very little in this. Similary my knowledge of old hindu temple maintenance in India is more of individual donations, rather than govt taking any interest be it be in India or abroad i.e. Cambodia, Indonesia or Malaysia..etc.. Taking cue from the experience, we aspire to maintain a small library starting with our personal collection of astro_books -English, Hindi, Telugu, Malayam, Tamil, and the search for more is on by us {myself + sreenadh + sunil nair}. We are also on look out for like minded people who have knowledge proficiency in other regional languages, should help in translating regional astro_literature into English / Hindi for greater penetration of the subject. Kindly be aware that there are no financial benefits to accrue in this exercise, other than pure goodwill. As said earlier in the forum that subject should prevail, NOT the individuals behind it. To share the knowledge gained, we "intend" to start astro_classes say with 10 people max., for 2-3 hrs every weekends, purely based on Rishi Horas {for there is abundant BPHS schools in Delhi} for a nominal amount. Those who are interested in this learning, may contact me offline on my personal email id = srinivas.sreeram with regards, sreeram srinivas

Guest guest
Dear Kiran ji, Thats a great idea to record it in DVD or audio. People like us who are outside can be greatly benefited from this kind of course. One problem with this I see is: these can be pirated and hence denies the authors, the fruitness of their hardwork. But I think it is better to record them whether they will be released to the whole public or not. Also it will be beneficial to add/modify the course. I dont know how much feasible it is and the teacher's feasibility:-).
