See the subject of your original email, your query & the query itself...they are separated or have NO connection i.e. 3- different worlds { we just had some healthy discussion on 3-worlds - Your email is a good example to prove that} a) You started with PURCHASING house, then go on to talk about Palace then hut, then about living..... b) This reminds of Sri K.N. Rao's quoted story - Taking an example of a intelligent person like you, goes to a professional astrologer, goes through the " Fee List " finds that he has limited money in his wallet to ask one question, thinks for a while....then goes on to ask the Astrologer - Will I be able to play with my grand children !! c) I do not know your age, so starting with basics - See how many questions he has asked - his own marriage, children, prosperity, his children's marriage, then grand children, his own longevity....etc. d) So do not be so anxious or inquisitive that you lose your focus on your question while posting Coming back to your original concerned query 1) You wanted to know about purchasing house. If the dasha of well placed 4HL or 10HL, coupled with some transits like Saturn or Jupiter or both on the 4H or 4HL, then there is a strong possibility of buying a house 2) If you are planning to buy a house in partnership with other 5 or 10 people, can be from one family or friends or business partners, then house should be registered or transaction should preferably done in the name of those persons who have strong 4H & good dasha . 3) Then any " weak or strong planets " can reside in that house. 4) For a person with weak 4H or 4HL - living in slums, his 6ft x 6ft room is a palace irrespective of its construction condition. 5) Be clear in the mind that you are buying the house or palace or hut {cannot make it from your email} is for living or as investment. 6) The above suggestions are given in the context of living only. 7) If the above is followed, everyone would live in the palace only- happily like our Indian movies. Just one more question bothering you. If the 4th HL is in a good position but its Navamsha is in debilitated postion. Is there any impact ?
