Guest guest
Dear Sreenadh. I have read your article " Aryabhata and Jain Yuga system " , which is quite difficult for me, being not able to understand Indian language. Is my understanding right that Aryabhata came to the same result, i.e. 3102 BCE being the start of recent Yuga in Jainism system (400 years divisions), but this as well is the start in Kali sytem? " . Everybody was depending or misquoting Aryabhata to argue that the starting of Kali yuga was in 3102 BCE. But this ground of argumentation stands crumbled in our revised understanding about Aryabhata and his book Aryabhateeya. Two more articles related to Aryabhata you may find in side the folder " Chandra Hari " in the files section of the group. The files are named - " Eclipse Observed by Aryabhata in Kerala.pdf " and " Native place of Aryabhata.pdf " Love and regards, Sreenadh , Sepp Rothwangl <calendersign wrote: > > Dear Sreenadh. > I have read your article " Aryabhata and Jain Yuga system " , which is > quite difficult for me, being not able to understand Indian language. > > Is my understanding right that Aryabhata came to the same result, i.e. > 3102 BCE being the start of recent Yuga in Jainism system (400 years > divisions), but this as well is the start in Kali sytem? > > Servus > sepp >
