First, kindly note the thread that you are replying to, for many people replying or posting messages on marriage muhurta importance, but has subject "Jupiter in 12H".

Second, If necessary, to make the subject more relevant, change the thread name as required.

Fourth, Mr. Chandra Mouliswer Ghatti has said the right thing that apart from normal horoscope matching, muhurta also holds utmost importance. We have discussed it in brief earlier. Such horoscope matching is better handled by a knowledgeable astros only than on those computers.

Five, there are "few entertaining & humorous" astro , where predictions a computer program has been giving 100% correct predictions in the 400-500 horoscopes that has been tested as per the self professed claims of the moderator there. Members beware of such weird statements.

Six, Muhurta is a very vast topic by itself and there would be an interesting debate if the individual horoscope and Muhurta, which takes the precedence. We will discuss this later as a separate thread.

Seven, The oath taking muhurat of our Dr. Sardar Manmohan Singh, Atal Behari Vajpayee are the interesting case points. We had a member, who was "upset" at failed prediction of a respected astrologer { Sri K.N. Rao, he did not name, but I am mentioning}, for the Dr. Manmohan still continuing with his work, ......the point was the member could not wait further longer for the prediction to become true.....for he started a new astro_Quest, with Political lull of 4 months is now unfolding...planets would surely speak loud and louder in the forthcoming months.

I reported for my job first time on 23-10-1985 at 1200 midnoon. Lagna Sagittarius lord in debility. I am suffering now and then professionally. Till now. Is this muhurat so bad.

 

2) I got married on 08-07-1988 at 06:43 am at Bangalore. My wife made a suicide attempt on 16-08-1989.....for silliest reasons. Later the life adjusted went on smoothly......for 18 years ......we had a son now 17 years old.........UNPREDICtably she made another attempt on 29-08-2006 and passedaway....... what is the effect of LONGEVITY of married life with an improper /or/ proper muhurtha?????

For seeing the better ness of any muhurtha the charts are also important .

so for seeing the joing muhurtha -ur chart and for seeing the married life both of ur charts important as to see the promises in chart and the lagna of of muhurtha should not contradict the brides chart ( as marriage is considered woman point of view and their happiness is primary concern )

 

 

Now without charts and only seeing at the muhurtha

 

1) in office joining muhurtha ,there is gulika in lagna and hora lord (sun)is weak also lagna lord .

even thogh muhurtha is known as abhijit generaly wednesday we wont take and panchanga effects not good.

 

 

rest depnds on dasas of ur chart

again full rasi comes under gulika effect and rahu in 8th house .( rahu wallas can see this ---those who advocate aqua rasi is own house of rahu )

 

 

a good muhurtha can rectify lot of doshas ,but cant supersede all bad significations in chart ,so matchting ,periods running and the results indicated in ur chart all important .

does the muhurtha of joining in new office and getting in to

new quarters etc. should also be looked in to ?

 

2) Muhurtha for such mundane affairs, is it related to

natives' natal chart - or is it independent of it ?

 

I will narrate my case. As it is in past tense, and the results are also

in past, the discussion is for learming only.

 

Few years back, on transfer, I had joined the new office on

07 Jun 2001. The 6 yrs period I remained there was a failure

in almost all accounts, especially on profeesional accounts.

 

Please note that exact DOB for me is not known and hence correlation

of dasha etc can not be done here.

Yes, it was on promotion.

Yes, I remembered that (mundane) - after posting the mail.

The place is Haldia (near Kolkata), and time was approx 11-30 -12-30hrs.

 

I would not ask details for the "other methods" here as that may not

be appropraite.

 

Could you give us some pointers about what was wrong about that

muhurtha ?

 

I checked thru' J-Hora and it shows Sun with Sat & Jup on that day

in Taurus. Asdt - Leo. Jup and sat both combust. 5H Ma (retro),

Ketu & Mo. 9H - Ve (aries), 11H-Rahu & Me - (retro).

 

Some pointers please.

I am giving u simple explantion .Dasa according to muhurtha chart is ketu ,who is enmy of lagna Lord .also placed in 5th house ( 8th from 10th HOuse --so giving a effect of 8th house as for as 10th house is concerned ) .ALso placed 8/6 from lagna lord sun and karaka sat (prime karaka for profession )

Also jhora is giving sani as hora lord a planet of delays and sorrows .

also Lagna may change after 12.16 PM so it may be virgo lagna and afflicted 4th house ( house of happiness ,family and house also opposes 10th house -in that case )

there are so many thing as good as 30 to 40 things shud be considered in muhurtha .

gandantham ,panchanga effects ( vara /nakshatra /thithi /karana /nithya yoga) ,subh and ashubh yogas like amrutha yoga,visha yogas ,good chandra kriya ,hora ,sarpa mastaka ,lata ,vaitritha etc .then malefic planets shud arranged to giv better effects ,sun and moon shud b in good rasis .certain naksatra shud b avoided according to chart ,certain months shoud b avoided along with nakshatrras ( it known as marana kutti in malayalam --i dont know sanskrit names ,its formed on certian nakshatra and months together ) ,The name of astrology months are rasi position of sun .and nakshatra s are degree poistion of moon .

 

dasas running in natal chart shud b seen ,also muhurtha chart depending on nature and purpose of muhurtha .lagna can b fixed or movable or dual signs depending on nature and reasons for muhurthas ( for marriage take fixed lagna >got promotion and a undesirable transfer so better to take a movable sign as lagna )

if any undesirable lagna or some thing has to take because of urgency ,try the exceptions for those also .may can be rectified tru navamsa charts like this depending on problem .

Many many thanks.

 

I will go thru' the reply few times to understand it. One point I noticed

is to avoid Sun & Moon in bad rashis. May be one should try to join in

April 15+ . At least Sun will be exalted.

 

I must confess that some of the concepts you mentioned are

beyond my understanding at this level. Hopefully I will learn in future.

gandantham ,panchanga effects ( vara /nakshatra /thithi /karana /nithya yoga) ,subh and ashubh yogas like amrutha yoga,visha yogas ,good chandra kriya ,hora ,sarpa mastaka ,lata ,vaitritha etc .then malefic planets shud arranged to giv better effects ,sun and moon shud b in good rasis .certain naksatra shud b avoided according to chart ,certain months shoud b avoided along with nakshatrras ( it known as marana kutti in malayalam --i dont know sanskrit names ,its formed on certian nakshatra and months together ) ,The name of astrology months are rasi position of sun .and nakshatra s are degree poistion of moon .

 

dasas running in natal chart shud b seen ,also muhurtha chart depending on nature and purpose of muhurtha .lagna can b fixed or movable or dual signs depending on nature and reasons for muhurthas ( for marriage take fixed lagna >got promotion and a undesirable transfer so better to take a movable sign as lagna )

if any undesirable lagna or some thing has to take because of urgency ,try the exceptions for those also .may can be rectified tru navamsa charts like this depending on problem .
