Guest guest
Dear I am informing you about the Ramayan of Indonesiya , which had been written about 5000 years ago by devotee Kakawin. Indonesiya has very old Hindu history and all Kings of Indonesiya were Hindu. Indonesiya is country of many islands among which three are major - Bali , Sumatra & Java. In ancient India Indonesdiya was known as Swarn-Dwip. It was turned into muslim country when Arebian attacks started in 10th century , at that time many hindus were killed and many of them changed their religion. Although Indonesiya has now been turned into a muslim country , yet there is a few population is Hindu still now. In 1950 population of Hindus was 40% in Bali Island. Bali is called Bali because in Ramayan-era it was the place of Bali and Sumatra was the place of Sugreev. These were attached with main Indian land mass , but after ciontinuous movement of plates of earth some parts were dettached from India. Actually these were nearby the east of Tamilnadu. Hindus are also living in Indonesiya still now and there populatin is only 5%. All muslims of Indonesiya are changed Hindu , who were compelled to change their religion. In India also many Hindus were compelled to change their religion. A temple of lord Vishnu which is in Bali is 2700 B.C. and a temple near the sea-shore had been built by the King of Indonesiya in Dravir style in 2200 B.C. Although many temples have been changed into mosques , but name of Many cities and many words are of Sanskrit. Indonesiyan language is very much closer to Tamil. After a greaqt labour I have searched the web-page for Ramayan of Indonesiya. I am sending URL of that page , please you see this URL and tell your other friends aboput this. Guest guest
Dear Amrit, Good to see your interest on the ancient works. I am not clear on one point. Why do you claim that this was written about 5000 years back? The web page you gave says that the work was done during the year 870, based on the Indian work done during 6th/7th century AD.
