probably the easiest derivation of house based method is "any planet in the 12th house causes loss to the house of which it is the lord"Consider 2nd house lord in 12th house - this should indicate "loss of wealth" - Now is this always going to be true?What could be the exceptions?* 2nd house lord is exalted in the 12th house - so in this case he will not cause loss of wealth* 2nd house lord is in friend's house in the 12th house. Again "loss of wealth" cannot be predictedWhat other cases can be exceptions if the above are right?RegardsKiran
