Facing problems because of saturn bhukti

Dear members,

I have been working in IT industry, and my budha

(mercury) dasa has given me great achievements in my career, got me

opportunities to work with the best Fortune companies,in my last

stint with a Fortune 11 company I have led a team of 46 engineers,

and have got many recognitions and appreciations, however since budha

dasa is ending, with Saturn bhukti which begun from Feb-2006

(antardasa) i have been facing severe problems since Jan-2007, which

have subsided to a big extent by end of this year. I have performed

atharvasheersha havanam, sagraha shani shanti, BUDHA dasha sandhi

shanti, and navakshari japam, Is there anything else that I could do,

for the betterment of my career. Please advise.
